Great selection. I wish they had better bag options when you purchase dresses, mine got a bit damaged after. I cringed watching an expensive dress get folded like that.

I would like to express my admiration for the incredible closing team at Anthropologie. Having worked in retail myself, I understand how challenging it can be to deal with difficult customers. This team of remarkable women truly deserves recognition for their outstanding work, especially considering the unforeseen circumstances they had to endure. The malfunction of the air conditioning system during the peak summer months is a significant problem for any retail store. Despite this major setback, these ladies managed to maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent service to the customers. I happened to visit the store at the last minute, desperately searching for an outfit, and I almost missed it due to the AC issue. It's important to note that it was not the clients' fault. Had I arrived just 10 minutes later, my experience would have been completely different. Let's focus on the positive aspects of this situation. I want to give a big shoutout to Nicole, Natalie, Sam, and Lily for their unwavering dedication. Anthropologie's AC being down for a month is a significant challenge, and yet these incredible staff members continue to serve with a smile on their faces. I believe they deserve a well-deserved reward, whether it's additional time off or a salary increase. Let's acknowledge their exceptional efforts and support them. 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For the the ladies…. P.S Anthropologie you should contact your clients that experienced this and offer a huge discount !

I wasn't able to find the Google listing specifically for the BHLDN at this location, but I am leaving a review for my experience purchasing a wedding gown. This was just literally the best appointment I could have asked for. The associate was excellent. We spent the first few minutes of our time reviewing what I wanted and looking at the gowns I had noted I was interested in when I made the appointment. I actually loved everything I tried on, and they gave me the opportunity to walk around in each dress and see the movement of it. Just very thoughtful considerations like this were so helpful. The staff was very polite about keeping the appointment to an hour and they only had one other bride scheduled at the same time to avoid overcrowding. It was all relaxed, and not only did I purchase my dress--which was one that the associate put forth--I found some of my accessories too. If you're looking for a boutique experience at a reasonable price point, this is the place.

Terrible manager. An item was mislabeled as on sale and the manager refused to honor the price written on the tag, which I know that in other locations if that had happened they would have honored the price due to it being their mistake. The worst part was her not even being apologetic about it. Very rude. Will not be going back to this location due to her behavior.

Had a great experience at my BHLDN appointment with Madeline! She was extremely welcoming, friendly, organized, and honest! I really appreciated that she checked inventory availability before letting me try anything on to ensure that I would be able to leave with the style I loved. You’ll have to alter the hem on anything you buy since the dresses are designed for brides of all heights, but you’ll receive a list of recommended tailors to make things easier. Best bridal experience ever! I had an appointment with Caitlin and she was the best! She was super knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable! I enjoyed the entire experience and found my dress right there! I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I had a good experience at Anthropologie today. I bought a chair and Frida, the sales associate helped me wrap it up and even carried the chair into the Uber! She was very helpful and made my shopping experience easeful. Thank you Frida

The management should really focus on providing extra customer service training for some of the staffs. I’ve shopped there pretty frequently because it’s so close to home. I’ve had decent experiences until today. Though, it’s not a place that will really help you out unless you seek for it. I went in to find a holiday/wedding party dress. The fitting room ladies were wonderful and super helpful! The lady working at the bridal section was definitely someone you would want to avoid. I didn’t realize you can’t even look through the bridal items without an appointment. I was told verbatim “I’m going to have to ask you to stop going through this section because it’s appointments only.” Maybe the salesperson could try using better wording next time? Or, the store could have better signage? I needed help finding a top to go with a skirt, the lady who was called to help me was not really helpful. Firstly, I had to go find her. Secondly, she didn’t seem to know the products in the store well enough to offer a good variety of choices. The whole experience made me feel yucky. I did get my dress though, so it’s not a complete bust o guess.

I tried on an XS black satin dress that fit beautifully but then learned that the store has a policy for dresses considered part of the bridesmaid collection that you can’t purchase it same day and need to have it tailor made. It’s a shame bc I needed it for an event tomorrow and it was a perfect fit. The policy is an unfortunate deterrent to shoppers
