Of all the bids I received on the water damage on my home, this was the one that was most honest with notations that the price was dependent upon discovering how deep the damage was and was dependent on opening up the walls to determine how much mold was in the walls. I appreciate that Arise did not price gouge based on incomplete information.

Victor was great initially with scoping, planning, and communication. We went under contract for a multi-level / multi-room remodel project. Perhaps our expectations were too high or Arise was overbooked, but we struggled to get work done in a timely manner with this contractor. Crews not showing up, a handyman doing plumbing (incorrectly and unsafely), major lack of attention to detail on many items, and really unprofessional drywall application by handyman. We will be redoing most of the work once we can save up enough money. The other thing that was concerning for us was that change orders were not discussed and agreed upon in advance. We received multiple change orders AFTER the work was performed. Perhaps the project management and subcontractors are better now, but we would not recommend for interior design work.

Worked with Arise and Vic on a recent bathroom remodel and he did such a great job with each step, design and communication! I have more projects coming up and I can’t wait to continue working with the arise team.

Victor has been awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable on remodeling homes. He has been very helpful through the process and is making it much easier than previous Contractors. I highly recommend him
