My wife and I had a great experience with Arise Constructions. Victor was informative, communicative, and helped us stay on budget for several renovations we wanted to make on a house that we recently purchased.

I had a great experience working with this company. From start to finish, their professionalism really stood out. The team is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows their craft, taking the time to explain things and make sure everything was done the right way. What impressed me most is how they approach challenges — they are true problem solvers who stay calm, focused, and solutions-oriented no matter the situation. The owner sets the tone for the entire operation. He is a strong leader, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cares about both the quality of the work and the customer experience. That leadership shows through the whole team. If you’re looking for a company that is reliable, skilled, and great to work with, I would absolutely recommend them.

I’ve dealt with Victor and Arise Construction for many years now. I personally have been in the business for almost 45 years and I can tell you that Victor is an honest and a very detailed person to work with and this cruise are fantastic. Arise Constructions did amazing work with my garage conversion to an ADU. We wanted to do an ADU and didn’t know how to start the process, but they took care of design and permitting and the ADU finishes look amazing! Victor helped us through the whole process and the crew was done with the project a lot sooner than we had expected.

Arise Constructions did an amazing job on my home remodel. Victor and his team were friendly, professional, and really cared about getting everything right. They showed up when they said they would and kept me updated throughout the project. The quality of work was excellent, and they finished with great attention to detail. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely hire them again.

Hiring Victor from Arise Construction & Remodels to perform two bathroom remodels and a basement finish turned into one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. Everything started going downhill the moment we handed over our deposit in late September 2025. Before that, communication was great — a 10/10 — but after the deposit was collected, it dropped to a 1/10. Calls, texts, and emails were constantly ignored for weeks. When work finally began (a full four weeks after the promised start date), things got even worse. Our hot water heater was left improperly capped, which caused a carbon monoxide leak that made our family sick. We had to call the fire department at 3 a.m. in October to address the emergency. When we confronted Victor about this serious safety issue, he became extremely irate and defensive instead of taking responsibility. Since then, Arise has blocked us via email and phone, refusing to communicate or resolve the matter. We are now pursuing legal action. I would strongly warn anyone considering hiring Arise Construction & Remodels to think twice before trusting them with your home or your family’s safety.

We had a great experience with Nickolie and Victor from Arise Construction. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and even met with us on a Sunday to share their expert advice. Although they’re booked out and couldn’t take on our project, they still offered input and support along the way. Their professionalism and generosity truly stand out. Highly recommend them for any home remodel!

I regret to share my deeply disappointing experience with Arise Remodels regarding a pop-top project we planned in Washington Park. Initially, the process seemed promising; the representative came out to quote the project, and we felt optimistic about moving forward. However, our experience took a devastating turn when we provided a $30,000 deposit to initiate the work. After receiving the deposit, the contractor suddenly vanished. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, both my wife and I have been met with complete silence. To make matters worse, he claimed to have misplaced one of the $15,000 checks we issued and requested a second payment. We complied, only to later discover that he had cashed both checks without any work being done on our project. This situation has been incredibly frustrating and has led us to hire a private investigator to locate him and recover our funds. We strongly advise against hiring Arise Remodels. Our experience serves as a cautionary tale—please be wary of this company and protect yourself from potential loss.

Victor Luviano of Arise Construction is a true professional and delight to work with when doing our home remodel projects. We turned our former laundry room into an upscale ADA compliant bathroom for my mother, as well as adding a front ramp to home entrance, and upgrading our electric panel box. During the whole process Victor was proficient in communicating any changes that needed to be made, or assisting with selection/guidance of construction material , and following up routinely on the project to ensure everything was up to code. Victor’s crew was conscientious when coming into our house to ensure putting up plastic sheathing to close off the construction area dust from rest of house and cleaning up routinely every day. Throughout the whole process Victor’s communication was consistent, professional, and always right on. When calling him about a concern just recently about our project he was more than happy to come over and check it out. While it turned out to be nothing more than normal wear-n-tear overtime, he came over with his plumber to look at the matter and fixed the shower cartridge. It’s a rarity today to find a service-oriented professional, like Victor Luviano, that stands by his workmanship. This is why when considering our next project, we’ll come back to have ARISE CONSTRUCTION help us out again.
