Victor from Arise Constructions was the contractor that stood out from the several we looked at for our project. He really listened to us. He was very present and clearly very capable of stewarding our dreams on paper to built reality. I would highly recommend Arise to a friend as a great company to build your house.

We hired Victor with Arise Remodels for an ADU project, and it has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a contractor. From the beginning, the project was poorly managed. Once inspections began, our project started failing multiple inspections. Instead of taking responsibility and addressing the issues professionally, Victor became increasingly passive-aggressive and unprofessional in his communication. It quickly became clear that he was not capable of managing the project properly or correcting the deficiencies. Things escalated further when we paid Victor a $25,000 deposit for a concrete driveway pour. We later discovered he hired a random individual off Craigslist to perform the work. The concrete that was poured was not the correct density and did not meet proper standards. To make matters worse, Victor never paid the concrete contractor — just as he failed to pay several other subcontractors involved in our project. As a result, the plumber, electrician, roofer, and concrete contractor have all filed liens against our property. We are now left dealing with legal issues, financial damages, and correcting substandard work — while Victor has completely disappeared and stopped responding to all communication. We are currently pursuing legal action. If you are considering hiring Victor or Arise Remodels, proceed with extreme caution. Our experience has been financially and emotionally exhausting, and we would not recommend him to anyone.

victor and his team were absolutely amazing. great pricing with efficient work! we truly appreciate him accommodating to our hectic schedule / our 3 dogs. he did a fantastic remodel on my bathroom and i couldn’t recommend him more. didn’t upsell any upgrades that weren’t needed !!

During our bathroom and basement remodel Victor & Nickolie failed us at every turn. We hired them to design and redu our basement with a positive start at the beginning. After a few weeks of being stood up with little to no communication, our project begin experiencing major delays and change orders that nearly doubled the cost of the original quote. Victor is not an experienced contractor as we unfortunately found out the hard way. He also burned basically every contractor on our project who the filed liens on our property. In January we presented Arise with a check for $40,000 for a progress payment. Victor had his wife Nickolie reach out to us regarding the payment claiming the check had been “lost/misplaced” and if we can re-issue the check again. We complied only to discover at the end of the week that both checks had been cashed. Once we realized this and contacted Arise, they blocked us and completely ghosted us then hired an attorney in effort to keep the money. Stay far clear from this so called “company” March 20th Update: Victor is trying extremely hard to make it seem as if this review isn’t for him, it certainly is. THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW BY ANY MEANS! We don’t live in Colorado Springs Victor we live in Washington Park. You are well aware of scamming my wife Abby and I for nearly $80,000. We are currently in court proceedings with Arise Remodels, you can google the court cases and see how many lawsuits they’ve had in the past 3 years for scamming their clients. It’s truly mind blowing! April 2nd Update: Victor continues to attempt to “side track” this review. We have no clue who Elias is. The money we lost is very real. ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE. This goes to show what this “kid” is willing to do to avoid confrontation and consequences. If you truly look at his reviews, half of the people who have left him reviews are out of the state of Texas and California, NOT COLORADO! Victor is attempting to dilute his 1 star reviews with fake positive ones. Such a joke!
