I had my first in home pedicure on 3/8/22 and it was terrific! My technician was professional and friendly and my feet felt so good. I was scheduled to have my next appointment on 4/11 but Belle called today and canceled telling me they no longer had someone in my area. They said maybe in 30 days. I’m so disappointed. Being diabetic I was really looking forward to having this service be a regular part of my foot care routine.
Best service ever. Both my wife and. me were highly pleased and taken care of by an attendant who knew her profession and exhibited the ideal bedside care one could only Hope for. Highly skilled dedicated and in possession of calming reassuring care. First experience and don't want to be without this service ever....Thank you Miss Sandra, Kathy & Robert in McGonough
This a new benefit this year that I receive through Simply Healthcare. I absolutely love it. Being a diabetic I have to take care of my feet. The representative from Belle, Kimberly is such a pleasure to be around. She comes in once a month and takes pictures of my feet and legs and documents every single mark or sore on my feet and legs, trims my toenails and files them washes my feet and massages my feet and calves. She picked up a sore on the outside of my foot under the ankle bone that I didn't know was there. Have bad neuropathy in my feet her service is invaluable to me. She is the best! Thank You. The follow up care and calls let me know that everyone is involved in my health and well being.
I cannot recommend Belle , and in fact, they are no longer welcome in my home ever again, due to a recent experience where we trusted them, and specifically a worker named Kimberly, to provide care in our home in Florida. Instead of service, we were left dealing with financial burdens and significant stress due to unnecessary actions taken without consultation or communication. This situation not only caused undue damage but also misplaced our trust deeply. Proceed with caution if considering their services.
What a great experience. Tiffany was very professional and explained things as she went along. We think the service will definitely keep us healthier. It has been a very good Medicare Advantage addition.
First and foremost, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Valerie, who I’ve communicated with multiple times by phone to change many of my appointment locations. Valerie is always pleasant, cheerful, helpful, and extremely flexible and patient. She goes above and beyond to accommodate my changing needs. Thanks, Valerie! Second, the Belle technician that performed my Footcare last week, Tracy, was extremely thorough, gentle, and did a fantastic job. My 2 toes that often give me trouble after my Footcare appointment have been completely asymptomatic! Tracy is a wonderful addition to the Belle team! Thanks, Tracy!
My husband and I had our pedicures back to back last week with Lisa. We loved this experience without even having to leave our home. Lisa was friendly, warm and professional. We both enjoyed the time we had visiting with her along with the her expertise and guidance in caring for our feet. Thanks so much for providing us with outstanding professionals.
As we got older it was hard for us to care for our feet, then we called Belle. Wow what a great experience , not only did they come to our home but they sent us Tammy. What a job she did on our feet, Her personal approach made our experience a relaxing and fun afternoon. She was very informative and professional. Oh and she had us laughing. Latasha from Belle! gave me my first pedicure ever and thanks to her gifted hands and kindness, I now feel like I have a brand new pair of feet! I am so upset and disappointed that my tech Julie K. Is no longer with Belle! Loved my Belle tech Julie K. She was friendly, personable, efficient, professional and always on time. She had not cancelled a single appointment in all the time I knew her! Julie was a great asset to your company and especially to her clients. My feet and I always looked forward to her visit each time!
