My technician Julie is outstanding. She is extremely professional, thorough, and on time all the time. I have been using her services for at least a year and have been completely satisfied with the process and results. Many of my female friends are jealous regarding the timing and quality of the pedicures I receive. Belle is very wise to include this service with the Humana insurance plan. and I hope to continue using Julie's services far into the future.

I recently found out that my new Medicare HMO plan pays for routine footcare. They provided me with info to setup an appointment with Belle in my area of Miami-Dade county. I had the pleasure of being treated by their technician, Latasha. She was on time, professional and very skilled. The treatment on my feet was amazing and this service is a great value as it’s free to members under my plan. Take my advice and use this benefit and you’ll be delighted you did. I would like to say that I had service with belle care in ga , I am a diabetic type 2 I was with them for 1year love the teck that came out . Since I had to change to another insurance I am not able to use there services this is so disappointed I have being call Belle Care for 4 months or more asking if my insurance on there list to do in home care they said no. Would love if Belle Care would consider other insurance co to join there company. This is not a complain a suggestion to Belle care .
Michelle was a wonderful tech. She took time to do a really outstanding job. The doctors were really knowledgeable and reminded me of some of the things I need to do to improve my health.
Good Afternoon my partner and I have been using Belle for some months. The service from most technicians is great, but they are terrible liars about resending the same person back to your home. After speaking with them they promise us the same person and always and I mean always send someone else. Your word is not your BOND. So we've decided to discontinue are relationship with them. Your customer service is HORRIBLE. Thanks for the amazing technicians we've encountered and I pray they stay safe. Never knowing if they will be safe going to a new residence.
