Absolutely outstanding experience with Bender and Hatch today. Lisa Gaine was extremely pleasant and efficient in expediting my auto registration renewal while I was out of the country. Made what is typically a headache a breeze !!!!

Bender Hatch is amazing! Incredible service and responsiveness. I’m a pretty demanding customer. They’ve never let me down (including helping us with a third party auto claim, getting us coverage for our cars and home as well as liability coverage for my business).

I worked with Linda Gaine from Bender Hatch to explore new Car and Home Insurance companies. Linda helped me identify what I wanted and provided me with a wealth of information about different options. When I was ready to choose, she sought the best balance between policy options and rates and personally carried everything over the finish line. I wish I engaged her earlier to do this because she not only lowered my rates but got me much better coverage. She is a consummate professional one can only hope for in an Agent and I highly recommend her and her Agency Bender Hatch.

You can't always believe what you read. But when it comes to all the good stuff about Francine Latham at Bender Hatch in Boston? Every positive comment is true! We found Francine (and Bender Hatch) when we were trying to help sort out our new graduate's relocation from several states away. She was immediately responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough--not to mention incredibly pleasant to deal with! We were caught up in a lot of moving parts: new license, car transfer, registration, insurance, inspection, and the like. Francine served as a trusted tour guide through the process and ultimately got us set up with a comprehensive auto policy at what seems to be about the best price we could have hoped for.
