Came in for a late drink after a meeting (~9:30pm). The staff was very welcoming, we met one of the co-owners and chatted. After describing what my wine tastes were, we were offered a sample of a wonderful Spanish wine that will become a staple in our house. We shared wonderful BBQ ribs and a great family style salad that staff themselves get at the end of the day. Wow, I now crave this delicious salad! We will definitely be back.
Betty definitely delivers with their meat selections! Ordered a steak medium-rare and it was the best steak I've had in Seattle! Good atmosphere and you can sit at the bar and watch the chef's cook, if you're interested in that experience. Was waited on by Davis who knew the menu well and could offer suggestions for wine as well as food. Overall, you get what you pay for with this place! I'll be back.
Got there an hour before closing and although service was friendly, it was slow considering there weren't that many people there. My husband and myself had the Seafood Tagine appetizer and it was spectacular. I had the roast chicken with fingerling potatoes. The chicken was cooked perfectly and nice and juicy. Potatoes were bland. My husband had the burger and he enjoyed it. Overall a good experience and we'd definitely go back.
We were in town visiting family and went to Betty last week. The drinks were good, the food was great (especially loved the ribs, the burger and the strawberry salad, really it’s all so good!) and the best part was the SERVICE! From the host to the servers, they were kind and answered all our menu questions. We only wished we’d had enough space in our stomachs to try the desserts!
Good neighborhood spot. Went mid week and it was busy. I sat in the bar in the back. Cozy vibe and excellent service. Burger was good but roasted carrots stole the show.
Enjoyed dinner here twice at the chefs bar! Walked in around 6pm on a Sunday both times and while the tables were full, they found room for us at the counter. Good food, great service, would recommend!
More upscale than the average restaurant. The food is always delicious with fast friendly accommodating service. Most recently we shared an Asparagus Salad that was simply amazing!!
This place has stellar food and service. Pricing is what you can expect of an establishment like this in the area, and happy hour gives you a slight break on some of the items/drinks. Sat in front of the chefs and they did a great job cooking and conversing with us. They made us some amazing tacos on-the-house cause they saw us gawking at their prep of someone else's order. Asparagus, Oysters, Clams, and Halibut was fantastic. Highly recommend.
I entered the establishment around 6:00p on 11/06/17. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable at the bar by the food prep, and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The conversation I had with the cook in her pink MTV hat, further improved the experience. I felt calm and satisfied as I proceeded to my tattoo appointment next door. Thank you for the lovely dining experience.
Perfect food, perfect atmosphere, perfect service. Everything was wonderful! We were thrilled to find fresh Shigoku oysters on the menu, and the spinach salad, steak frites, and mushroom pesto pasta were delicious. Naturally, the PB chocolate cake was a winner, too. The chef, staff, and owners know what they're doing and they've created a friendly and welcoming space to enjoy their craft. Can't wait to return!
