Betty Restaurant & Bar

I’ve been to Betty several times over the years and it remains one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle. The lasagna is incredible, the adobo was top shelf and their burgers are amazing. They used to have an unbelievable octopus appetizer but no more. Hoping they bring it back occasionally. Super service and great location up on Queen Anne.

My wife and I have always loved Betty. The food is spectacular every time, the cocktails are perfection, and the service is ALWAYS top tier. After our small and intimate wedding ceremony, we had our dinner on the back patio. They were a BREEZE to work with in planning this. They made the process simple and stress free, helping us make a reservation in no time. The day of, we brought in a few decorations and they helped us set up, which was so kind. We had a table of 13 people, and our server and host (their names are escaping me at the moment, forgive me) were incredible! Sooooo kind, helpful, and truly made the job look so much easier than it is. Every single of our guests were blown away with their meals and kept remarking on how wonderful of a time they had at Betty. Our host even added some of our flowers to the side of the cake, which was such a sweet, thoughtful, and lovely touch. My wife and I cannot stop talking about the experience. Thank you to the entire staff who was working that night. Y’all are incredible, every single one of you!!!! You made our special day unforgettable! THANK YOU BETTY!!!!

3.0 stars. We live in Queen Anne and always walked past this cute place. Food is okay but overpriced. $47 for a mediocre casserole wasn’t ideal. Lasagna was good but not great. The cocktails and wine is where they lose points. Horrible whiskey cocktail and the Nebbiolo wasn’t any better. As a local, we won’t be back.

The Beef Bourguignon special to go was spectacular as are all the specials I have brought home. Also the black Manhattan while running my card was delish and there are take home versions of these cocktails out of the freezer. Plus a goid wine selection to take home. The service is always excellent and is like hanging out with good friends... at a safe distance of course.

Betty's is my favorite restaurant! Their food and special seasonal dishes (which includes their desserts) are delicious! 😋 Also great friendly staff members!

Sat at the counter for the first time at Betty and it was much more enjoyable than I expected. The burger, gnocchi and lasagna were excellent. We chatted with Chef Josh and had a great time. We've been to Betty several times and the food, service and atmosphere have always been great. They keep the menu short but varied enough that anyone can find something they'll love without being overwhelmed with options. I look forward to eating here again and sitting near the chef if at all possible.

Overpriced. Limited menu, which should mean that anything on it is excellent - not the case. Lasagna lived up to the hype, and the Key lime pie was good once all the lime rind was removed. However, the burger was tasteless, and the Bouche de Noel was dry. Two people with drinks (one alcohol, one not), 2 entrees and 2 desserts = $80 without tip. There are much better places around Seattle.

Not sure why it took us so long to finally check Betty out, but I’m sure glad we did. We didn’t have a reservation, but was lucky enough to snag seats at the bar. The bartender was awesome, the cocktail I ordered was good as initially prepared but improved (to my liking) after I mentioned that it was sweeter than I was expecting. Food wise we were quite happy, both dishes we ordered were great (Lasagna & Ling Cod).

Staff is really nice! The food is good. However, if you do not eat meat, you shouldn’t eat here. There are very few vegetarian options and nothing can be altered. I tried to get the lasagna without the sausage as I don’t eat pork (it didn’t say on the menu what meat the sausage contained, but I assumed pork) and the waiter said they couldn’t do that. Not his fault but you’d think for a more pricey restaurant they’d be able to change some dishes. If you go here as a vegetarian/vegan you won’t starve, as they have some average salad, but don’t expect anything worth the price/time. But for any meat-eating folks, you’ll love it, and the lasagna is delicious.

We had the pleasure of dining at Betty restaurant during our visit from Amsterdam, and it was truly a delightful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was nothing short of amazing, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We can't recommend Betty restaurant enough, and we'll definitely be returning on our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!
