Wow, wow, wow. Kylee at Blinds Couture helped me choose blinds for our third floor. I had no idea how many different options there are and the pros and cons of each. She was patient in showing and discussing all options. Once the choice was made, Kylee kept me informed as to the progress of the order and the installation date. She and her crew were on time, always emailed and texted to let me know they were on their way and the blinds completely exceed my expectations. Kylee also helped us choose the fabric and design for a headboard. It looks terrific and again my expectations have been exceeded. This entire experience could not have gone more smoothly or been more pleasant.

Our experience getting new blinds installed in our new home was perfect… I honestly can’t think of a single thing Jaclyn could have done better. We weren’t totally sure what we were looking for and we were provided with excellent recommendations, and the end result is just amazing. We had a great experience with these wonderful ladies! They helped us put curtains in two rooms of our house. The service was fantastic. They came to us, helped with fabric selection, handled all the measurements, and were very patient as we made all our decisions. Plus, the professional installation was fantastic. Blinds Couture did a great job all around. From communication with install dates, to helping decide on color and fabrics, the entire team was really great to work with. I would highly recommend!

Jordan was an excellent resource and had our drapes ready just as projected. They were precisely sewn and hang beautifully. While installing the rods, we had a question about placement and with a phone call and a texted picture she helped us decide how to remedy the problem. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend her.
