Amazing brewery that makes my favorite beer. Space Camper and all its iterations are delicious. There are two floors, with a gift shop and mini museum on the first floor and a beautiful sprawling taproom upstairs. We went in June and the place was decked out for Pride month. So safe and welcoming. Great beer. Great merch. Awesome setting.
Very cool event space. I went for a specific American Home Brewers Championship winners announcement. The beer was good with multiple bars. However, there were only a few beers there that were unique to the brewery and you couldn't get elsewhere. I would have like to see more unique beers there that would make it feel like a special trip. There was lots of merchandise in the shop, but again, would have liked to see more unique beer in the shop.
Fun atmosphere! Lots of beer choices but no Brown Ales or Ambers. Lots of IPAs with some nice strong whiskey barrel beers and nitro. The seltzers were very good without being overly sweet. The Cherry Rose Blossom Lime was excellent with a hint of a flower after taste.
What a gem and blessing to the craft beer scene. I looooove Boulevard with all my heart. It’s consistently one of the BEST breweries in the region. In addition to beer, hard seltzers and tea, craft cocktails— their ‘Fling’ selection, which is on point— and non-alcoholic offerings are also available. There are quiet spots and social areas for gathering around the brewery, as well as spaces for private events. I would recommend this spot to novices and enthusiasts alike. The staff here are wonderful, approachable, and the environment is welcoming. The beer hall is a lot of fun; I enjoy it every time I go….. which is often. It never gets boring. There are always fun events and parties going on. It’s exciting and I’m never disappointed. Even on slower days, there are plenty of opportunities for engagement. Grab a beer and take a stroll around the brewery. In terms of art and history, It’s almost like a museum of sorts. Very impressive! The gift shop is always stocked nicely and looks fantastic every time I visit. There’s an awesome assortment of clothing, stickers, accessories, beer (by the case and individually) etc. it’s well kept and looks great. Honestly I could go on, maybe in a review about the tours, but this one is thorough enough. Support local, drink local, love local. BLVD, I love you 🍻
This tour was really cool. I’ve never toured a brewery, and this was a great choice for my first! Very knowledgeable and friendly guides, with lots of cool spaces to see. The bar area open to the public was fantastic too. The only disappointing thing for me was the beer itself. It was fine, don’t get me wrong, but I can honestly say that none of their offerings blew my socks off. So, the tour and experience is definitely 5 stars, but for me the beer is only 4.
We were invited for a tour through the Kansas City Hotel and Lodging Association. Everyone there is extremely friendly and service oriented. They are helpful in finding a beer or drink of your presence. I was fortunate to sample a retired recipe called Boss Tom. I would highly suggest making a visit to sample the test flavors. So good!
Phenomenal tour - major promos to our guides, Mitch and Isabel! We journeyed here as fans of Boulevard and are wrapping the tour enlightened and even more fond of the craft brewery. The tour is entertaining, informative, and engaging (with drinks along the adventure). If you’re a KC local or visiting the city, we highly recommend you add this to your itinerary!
Had a great time at our tasting event. Our host was knowledgeable, laid back, and welcoming. The snack pairings were delicious and locally sourced. The ingredient examples were a nice touch. Would definitely do again!
We always love coming to Boulevard and trying different beers. The atmosphere is alive and friendly. They explain the beers that they are offering and give a sample. Flights of beers are always fun and we always find some new flavors. The bonus is the Kansas City skyline. 2-15-2026--another fun visit to Boulevard on a beautiful February day. Loved the Irish Cream Stout and the Irish Ale.
A great place to get a tasty beer and a gnosh. Friendly staff and a wide selection of both their own and Duval beer selections. Don't miss the gift shop.
