Horrible customer service.
Horrible
This is the worst service I have ever received. I can’t even get through the automated answering service to end my service with this provider I cannot be happier to leave wyco
5% fee out of nowhere. Didn't tell me before I paid. Only when I looked at the receipt. It showed the process fee. NO EMAIL I CHECKED SAYING THEY WHERE GOING TO START DOING THIS. ONLY FOUND OUT BY CALLING THEM AND AUTOMATED SYSTEM SAID IT. HORRIBLE
The worst company ever! Their customer service lines are a complete disaster.
We have no power after the storm. I live near Turner and 49th Street.
Terrible customer service and impossible to get information when needed. Water has been turned off for maintenance 4 times in one month, yet our bill remains expensive.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. It is the worst electric company in the Midwest. I cant believe they get away with what they get away with. They should face jail time for the injustice they put people through. They have zero customer service, zero service period. You cant even get a hold of any live person on the phone, and if you have an emergency they tell you to call 911, as if it is 911s problem to deal with BPU business. They want you to do everything online and have zero solutions. I am over it!!! Worst company in the entire state of KANSAS!!!
Worst power company I have ever experienced. Slow to fix issues and my power goes out several times every couple months it seems.
Been trying to get in touch with a real person for over a week. Left a call back number and never heard back, currently over an hour on hold. Electric bill is saying we used 4x more Kwh than last year same month same temp range. I even turned off the basement dehumidifier. Impossible to get help and prices just keep climbing. Bending over the working poor here in wyandotte making their fortunes off us.
