A very bad experience—especially with the accounting staff. The service they provide is absolutely terrible. Be extremely careful when handling your paperwork; the accounting staff are dishonest. They promise you a low interest rate, but you end up with the highest rate—and my credit score is 825. I filed a complaint, but they refused to call the manager. If the manager sees this message, I would like to have a conversation with him. Thank you.

I really love the service department at this dealership. They always get me in super fast and do quick work. I have worked with a few of the service advisors but most recently Luis Garcia and I will confidently be returning to him. He was very honest and clear with explaining what issues were found in my car and helping me decide what I could put off vs what I should do now and it made me feel I was in trustworthy hands.
