Never coming again to this dealership. They lie to customers. Reserved a car same day. Got there and it “was not there”. Saw 4 cars online and they were not there. Prices are different. Buying a car should be a happy experience not a shitty one like I had at this dealership.

Franklin, Sergii and Marcos were the best at handling every little detail on our new purchase for an electric vehicle. I definitely recommend and appreciate their hard work.

Our sales person at Brickell was nice but not knowledgeable of the vehicle we were interested in. The manager wouldn’t negotiate any prices and was extremely unhelpful. Not only was the manager Eddie unhelpful he was arrogant. He claimed whatever I got appraised for my trade in ON THE HONDA SITE that they don’t honor that, they always offer less. I was appraised 13,000 online South Motor Honda gave me well over that. All the used cars we saw had scratches, dings, and terrible stains. They claim the price had those cons included into it. Big red flag considering same cars, same mileage at other dealers were the same price if not less and did not have those defects. (Also we’re still negotiable in other places even with out defects) Don’t waste your time and head over to South Motors. They will go above and beyond to negotiate prices to get the car you want in your price range and monthly payments without hesitation. Salesman Paul was extremely knowledgeable there too. I wish we would’ve gone there first instead of wasting a majority of the day at the wrong place. Don’t settle for non-negotiables especially ones that have lots of cosmetic damage AND transmission problems! I’ve attached photos of ONE car we saw. And that was the best one with the least amount of defects and the only one that drove well.

I emailed Brickell Honda to request a quote. I knew exactly what I wanted. I had a national offer that I inquired about. I wasn’t just an aimless internet shopper trying to waste their time. Despite this, I clearly wasn’t taken seriously, and instead was spammed by various sales advisors sending the same email asking when I could come in. I said I could not come in at this stage and reiterated my request for a proposal containing the specific information I requested. No one actually addressed or acknowledged my request, just kept sending me the same spam emails. I probably got close to 10 emails from them. Anyone dealing with the total loss knows that you have a lot going on and I don’t need all of this crap filling up my inbox. Hey Brickell Honda, thanks for nothing but complicating an already complicated stressful situation. Fortunately, I am dealing with another Honda dealer who is taking me seriously and respecting my time and situation.

Miguel Junco made our experience unforgettable! This was our first time as a couple purchasing our first car together. He was very kind, informative, and helpful with any questions we had along the way. If we purchase another car, we will definitely come back to work with Miguel.

I recently got my new car here and had an great experience. Everyone was friendly and very helpful, Rosamaria was the salesperson that helped me. She was wonderful and helped with any questions I had. She made sure I got everything I wanted and got the process done with no concerns and smoothly. I wanted to thank her for everything, and also appreciate the rest of the team at Honda Brickell for the experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Honda Brickell and feel obligated to warn other customers. We purchased a Tesla from this dealership with only 14,000 miles on it, which should normally indicate a nearly new vehicle. Unfortunately, the experience from start to finish has been unacceptable. First, the car was delivered to us dirty, with visible dirt all over the vehicle. On top of that, the car was not charged at all, even though it is an electric vehicle. This should be the most basic preparation before delivering a car to a customer. Even worse, we had to wait five hours under the sun before completing the delivery. When we finally got home, we discovered that the car would not charge at all. We immediately had to take it to Tesla the same day. Because of this issue, my wife was left without a car for four days. Tesla has now informed us that this vehicle is actually a Canadian-market Tesla and is not intended to be sold in the United States, which means we now have to deal with Tesla Canada to resolve the issue. This situation is completely unacceptable. A dealership should verify what they are selling and ensure the vehicle is properly prepared before delivery. To make matters worse, when I came back to speak with the manager about this situation, the manager was nowhere to be found. Because of all these issues, we are preparing to file a formal complaint and take legal action. Buyers should be extremely cautious when dealing with this dealership. Our experience has been a complete waste of time and has caused significant inconvenience.

We had the pleasure of having our third Honda baby thru Jorge Ramirez. He was very attentive to our wishes and found the one for us. He is focused on what we needed with no pressures. The manager Susana Fernandez made the extra push to make the deal happen. Great team! We have been buying our cars in Honda Brickell since 2008 and have been servicing our babies in their service center where Sam Vidal is the best! Thank you team!
