I'm literally just getting back home from making a blank trip to this so called "car lot" total of 8 hours. 4 hours there & 4 hours back. I read the reviews before driving there but still I was optimistic. One review stood out stating that they had been in communication with someone. 4 over a week, they drove there. And either the car wasn't there or something? I had that same exact experience today I have been texting and emailing two different people who told me the car was available. I drove 4 hours for this young lady. To tell me the car was sold this morning at the auction. Although i was extremely annoyed and disappointed. I asked her to show me what was available. After I surveyed what she said was available. My next question was, do they drive? The reason I asked that question is because half of the cars we're sitting on flat tires. The hoods were up, none of the cars looked like they worked none of them. Just like the other customer that left the review. I, too, took a day off from work and I wish I hadn't because It was a complete waste of time, money, and energy. #BEWARE

Izzy was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure my desired car and ensure top quality. He also kept me well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him and Cars & Co.

set up an appointment for me to come by and test drive a car without an engine. I get here and no one is here to help me. mechanic is saying that the price listed on your site for the vehicles that are available on the lot is the down payment, which is not what their site is saying. my car got totaled in an accident so I am having to Uber and Lyft everywhere so I wasted my money and time because I took a chance that maybe some of the reviews were rare cases but I should’ve listened and I would’ve saved time and round-trip Uber cost. I don’t know how these people are still in business, but they need to choose a different profession. Maybe tourist scam artist in a Third World country or something

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I got stuck in a horrible deal with the car I apparently LEASED. I was supposed to be financing an $8k car. Not even close to what I ended up with. The car is a total junk box too. Nicest on the lot but has so many mechanical issues. Like leaking steering fluid and the exhaust (they LIED and said it was a performance exhaust) Also by law if you don’t take the car off the lot the deal isn’t official even after signing but IZZY wouldnt give me my money back when I wanted to back out even though I never took the car off the lot. So they’re scamming liars who take advantage of people!!!

They are not open to the public, this place is only by appointment and they do not honor their appointments. Thankfully I read the reviews and didn't end up going to this place. If right off the bat they are horrible at customer service, I can only imagine what would happen if I had a problem with a car I bought from them. EDIT: I have never nor will never do business with people who are so rude to their customers and potential customers. This is not an attack, it's a review from my experience dealing with this company. I am very happy I didn't get to the point where I purchased a vehicle from them.

I was pleasantly greeted by meg, she was the best!! So sweet and helped me pick out the best car, I love it! Izzy, the owner, is very knowledgeable and helpful I would recommend everyone get their cars from Cars & co. The best!!

CON ARTISTS! They will sell you a lemon! A family friend purchased their first car from here and the experience was overall TERRIBLE. They took the down payment, had them waiting in their office all day for a tag. Came back at the end of the day with issues with the tag agency, and claimed to issue a refund that wasn't even entered for processing in over a week. When we pushed the issue, they went back to sell my friend the car instead of issuing the refund, but raised the price at the last minute after she sat in their office for 3 days straight. They gave no opportunity to take the car to an independent mechanic, but their mechanic checked the car and said it just needed an oil change. After buying the car with no gas and almost no oil in it, so far in ONLY 2 MONTHS it had a bad fuel pump and electrical issues with the fuel pump, the battery died, and the radiator is leaking. It took weeks for an excited young adult to go home with their first car, only for it to be the worst financial decision of their life!
