I got jeep cherokee 2016 one day back, ive paid 2500 down 3days ago and asked salesperson to make it clean and fix ac issue as he said its just need freon that gonna be fixed by them. But he didnt fixed it and i got to know it has some 800$ works on ac and condenser got leaked and no headlights working and many issues. And now no salesperson is responding to my calls

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. They claim its their policy to not allow customers to test drive the cars, simply because they are selling lemons. If they do allow you to test drive the car be sure to let the car engine run for at least 30 mins while you're at the shop ,and not just around the corner and back so that you won't be able to really diagnose if something is wrong with the car and then try to say its a As-Is purchase. The three day refund policy that is listed on the website is false advertisement. I purchased a car from here $9,000 cash and didn't even go a 1/2 mile down the street and the car ran hot. Izzy whom is a manager is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and lacks customer service etiquette when speaking to customers AFTER you purchase a vehicle. However, prior to purchasing a vehicle he presented himself to be a great salesperson. Several customers came their complaining about their vehicles, I just wish that they would've came prior to me making this bad mistake.

I'm literally just getting back home from making a blank trip to this so called "car lot" total of 8 hours. 4 hours there & 4 hours back. I read the reviews before driving there but still I was optimistic. One review stood out stating that they had been in communication with someone. 4 over a week, they drove there. And either the car wasn't there or something? I had that same exact experience today I have been texting and emailing two different people who told me the car was available. I drove 4 hours for this young lady. To tell me the car was sold this morning at the auction. Although i was extremely annoyed and disappointed. I asked her to show me what was available. After I surveyed what she said was available. My next question was, do they drive? The reason I asked that question is because half of the cars we're sitting on flat tires. The hoods were up, none of the cars looked like they worked none of them. Just like the other customer that left the review. I, too, took a day off from work and I wish I hadn't because It was a complete waste of time, money, and energy. #BEWARE

Guess that by the comments, it’s either a hit or miss at this location. Or perhaps it’s the time of the day that you visit that makes the difference. Much like another disappointed customer that gave a 1 star rating, my husband spent days texting with someone about a used 2015 Honda accord. I took time off from work to come and rushed in traffic with my 2 year old to check this vehicle out. Once we arrived we were informed the vehicle had been sold earlier in the morning. The price that had been posted was also incorrect. They placed blame on the sales team. Just a warning to be mindful when looking at this company’s online posts of vehicles. Go in person first, this would be a better strategy.

I messaged him online. They told me to go to one yard to tell me they had to tow the car from Fort Lauderdale from where I just came from and then marked up the price on the vehicle as per what they told me online. Don’t do it don’t ever buy a car from them.

set up an appointment for me to come by and test drive a car without an engine. I get here and no one is here to help me. mechanic is saying that the price listed on your site for the vehicles that are available on the lot is the down payment, which is not what their site is saying. my car got totaled in an accident so I am having to Uber and Lyft everywhere so I wasted my money and time because I took a chance that maybe some of the reviews were rare cases but I should’ve listened and I would’ve saved time and round-trip Uber cost. I don’t know how these people are still in business, but they need to choose a different profession. Maybe tourist scam artist in a Third World country or something

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I got stuck in a horrible deal with the car I apparently LEASED. I was supposed to be financing an $8k car. Not even close to what I ended up with. The car is a total junk box too. Nicest on the lot but has so many mechanical issues. Like leaking steering fluid and the exhaust (they LIED and said it was a performance exhaust) Also by law if you don’t take the car off the lot the deal isn’t official even after signing but IZZY wouldnt give me my money back when I wanted to back out even though I never took the car off the lot. So they’re scamming liars who take advantage of people!!!
