I just got here for an 11 AM appointment. I asked about a vehicle for my daughter asking if it was safe since I needed her in a car that would not have a probability of breaking down. I was told that the car was in good condition and safe . I explained my drive would be over an hour to get there so please have Car ready for a test drive. When I arrived at 11:15, Not only was the car not there. They told me that it had a transmission issue and it was in the shop. and would I look like to look at different cars. I just spoke with them the evening prior so they never had the car ready or even at the lot!!!!! Then they told me they could get the car here in an hour with the bad transmission issues!!!! True scum of the Earth used car salesman at their finest. Never waste your time at this garbage facility! When I was walking up, they already had an angry customer probably with the same issue saying never mind that’s not what you told me. Looks like this is normal business plan. Don’t do it go somewhere else and not waste your time with lies and broken down cars. I see his response to my review very unprofessional..As I was leaving you yelled to me that the transmission not working properly is safe and that maybe I don’t understand how a transmission works! The car was a $2000 dollar car that you said was safe and working . Something to get her back and forth to school while I worked .So now you are making fun of customers because you try to trick them? Be careful everyone.If needed I have the entire conversation text if anyone wants proof . Shop elsewhere and be careful💖

I spent days texting with someone about a used 2015 Honda accord. I took time off from work to walk-in (I work crazy hours). The place - see attached pics. The person I spoke with via text said car was there and it was NOT. Met a man named Izzy who said it would be in next week. I wasted time coming in. The cars have a return policy for another car but that’s it. The look of the place and misleading info about the car being there make it a NO for me. ********** EDITED ON 6/20/23 to respond to biz response: Interview style of shopping - When someone is buying a car, they are supposed to ask questions. I have owned several vehicles both used and new - and when you buy - you ask questions. I suggest consumers see THE HOMEWORK GUY on Youtube to become savvy consumers and not be swindled when buying a car. I was in communication with someone from THIS business number or at least claiming to be for days. They said the business was open and the car was at the place. I took time off to go in. Furthermore, dealerships are open on Mondays that are a national holidays, except for Easter, Christmas and Thanksgiving. Labor day, memorial day all fall on Mondays and dealers are open. I went in on Monday - Juneteenth. That has no bearing on why the vehicle that was advertised and confirmed via business customer service as being there - was NOT there.

Not a real business. Do not shop here. The documentation when it comes to financing is nonexistent. I watched them try to convince someone that the Zelle payment they took for a down payment had already been sent to a “financial institution” moments after it was sent. “Izzy,” the manager, acts extremely unprofessional the moment you call out the fallacies in his “business.” Soon he’ll reply to this review and try to discredit this review.

Great experience at Cars & Co. They put on brand new brakes, fresh oil change and good tires. Loving my ride.

Just came in with my so. looking for a Honda accord. We were greeted immediately and taken to the back to view the cars. Really satisfied with how fast the process was and how professional the sales team was. This is my sons first car and I can not be anymore satisfied. Thanks cars & co!
