Was quoted 150.00 for a round trip local transport about 5 miles each way. When I booked it I was invoiced 300.00. Then was told weekends were more. DOUBLE ? Why didnt the quote specify that.
We've been working with Charris Transportation since May, 2022 on a weekly basis and they take such care with my brother who is in a wheelchair. The drivers are so attentive and caring and want to ensure we're doing okay. They get us to where we need to be on time and we've also cultivated some great friendships. I highly recommend Charris Transportation!
I highly recommend the service. The driver, Shirley Braxton arrived on time to pick up my mother and kept me informed at each point of pick up and delivery. She was very kind and made my mother very comfortable and flexible with the time for the return trip.
Extremely professional, courteous and sensitive to my mother’s transport needs. They were very accommodating during the scheduling of the transport, as it was a fluid target due to coordination efforts with the location she was being transported to. Can’t thank you all enough! Great job!!!

Very bad - I warn anyone using this service to very careful or u may regret it!! Workers Comp patients should never talk about money or especially settlements they may get especially around the owner!! She has been known to ask them for loans generally when they are not in very good shape!! It happened to me for several thousand dollars , no attempt was made to pay back anything! Actually I was dropped and blocked from calling! Shavers had transported me for 5 years and professed to be my best friend!! I am in a wheelchair with one leg and she out and out lied!! And she told me to give her the money after I had just left the hospital and was heavily medicated, she New exactly what to do!! People I have a five star witness to this!! She signed no promissory note and grabbed the 8k out of my hand and dropped me off!! She and some of her girlfriends were in Florida on the beach the next week sucking down alcohol!! Call me a fool if u want but be very careful!!
I needed transportation for a medical procedure, but neglected to schedule transportation until the evening before the procedure. Rosalind didn't have availability, but she reached out to other medical transportation companies to find out if they had availability. Thanks to Rosalind, I was able to get transportation for my procedure the next morning! Rosalind went over and beyond to help me find transportation at the very last minute! Im very grateful to have someone like her.
