We definitely use ClickUp for our project management and internal and external team member communication and tracking. Best value for the price! But, ClickUp is so much more than a project management solution, it is a LEGO from which you can build all sort of process flow emulations like HR, CRM, etc. Highly recommend to SMEs.
I have no idea who this company even is and I have been getting charged by them the last few months. I have no idea what this platform is and quite frankly I don't care too. It looks like a scam project anyhow. Someone from customer service needs to contact me this week so ALL payments that have been taken out of my bank account, are refunded. If not I'll pursue legal action.
You cannot close your account they just keep billing. Only bots that sound you nowhere. You just have to block them on yiur credit card, because you can never stop the service. An absolute nightmare.
I love using ClickUp! I use it for everything from my weekly grocery list, to managing my soccer game schedule. It’s helped keep me on track and organized

The company support is not 24/7. They only answer by email and if you billed wrong their only answer is well , don't make a mistake. The only way to deal with these folks is to have your credit card changed and to terminate the account. Folks stay well away from this company
