I LOVE this tool. I am VERY impressed with this UI and all of the features that Click up has to offer. It even has an app which is a great addition. I can't even begin to list all of the benefits. I'll say that the FREE edition is AMAZING as you have unlimited amounts of "spaces", folders, lists and views. You can color code items, create to-do lists, create goals and targets for your business. I can breakdown my business into components exactly how I need to. It has tutorial videos. This is great for small business and entrepreneurs. I am VERY impressed. The paid features are very cost effective as well. The step up above free is $5 a month! I could go on with how happy I am with this tool!
I want Click Up to be better. I like the features, workflows that can be created, integrations, etc. I've invested hundreds of hours in setup - and data loading. That said, the app is so slow it is unusable. The features will lure you in like a shiny object. And then you realize, it' all for not. I wait and wait and wait for screens to fill in. I probably re-click a hundred times or more in a single 2 hour work session. And it cause me to make dozens of data entry errors because I am waaaaaay ahead of the apps capability. Trust me I am no power user -- I type slow. The app has had a reputation for being slow, for a long time. But I think many people, like me, wanted to believe it can't be that bad given their large user base. No, it is really bad -- I mean I can't even stress it enough -- it's terribly slow. I've tried work arounds -- reloading the app, clearing browsing cache, etc. But within an hour or so it's back to a grindingly slow process. The developers have succeeded via marketing. They are great self promoters. Now, I can't even get my head around leaderships integrity to close in on performance and quality. It has to be a matter of faking it to get to an IPO. I'd never own stock in this app -- it just can't continue down a hall of mirrors with the pretense of rolling out more and more feature improvements while the app itself operates worse than a 1980 DOS program on a Radio Shack PC. It's nuts -- like gaslighting. I've come to realization I have to carve out a ton of time to switch to another app. Perhaps other companies have the resources available to bite the bullet and move on -- for me I dread feeling like the biggest idiot as I double time it to get a new app going. I ignored all of reviews that warned me -- if you hate wasting time -- please consider this my ode to paying it forward.
