This app is full of bugs, and support is no help at all. They also force updates that are full of bugs and never fix them — even after spending hours on useless support resulting in them claiming they will fix it.

Shady company. We bought ClickUp on March of 2025 for a year contract. We realized soon thereafter that this tool was too complicated and didn't meet our needs. We stop using a few months into it. Clickup had a contact for someone that used to work our company an apparenty they sent the renewal to them but I personally never received it . They never contacted us to understand why we were not using the tool, reached out to help etc. I sent an email in February, 3 weeks prior to renewal letting them know we will not renew and wasn't meeting our expectations weeks before the renewal date (again never received directly an email about renewal) and they are saying I have to pay for a software we don't use. I have never seen this. Do not buy Clickup, too complicated, bad customer service and coherse you to pay for something you are not using. I would have like to cancel months before but we didn't to honor the contract and we had prepaid, but to make us pay for another year. That is dishonest and shady.

Full of bugs and no customer support. I don’t even know the best way to write a review anywhere else. We have been a customer of ClickUp for years. Always issues. Now can’t even print spaces. And guess what… no customer support anymore. I Can’t find how to contact them. My admin contacted them though multiple times without any response. We r leaving for Monday.com.

In addition to using ClickUp myself, I have been teaching ClickUp on my YouTube channel since 2018 and have helped hundreds of companies implement and optimize ClickUp to streamline their processes and run their business more efficiently. I have been working with ClickUp as our project management tool since 2018 and have watched this amazing company grow from a small startup to the multi-billion dollar company it is today. An undertaking like this is not always smooth sailing, but the leadership team at ClickUp is always transparent, takes responsibility, and works as quickly as humanly possible to resolve struggles and improve. I really appreciate seeing a company of this size operate with such agility, openness, and focus on constantly getting better. I've been watching ClickUp as a tool just gets more powerful with every update. If you want a project management tool that actually makes your team more organized and productive while still being flexible enough to adapt to your specific workflow, I highly recommend checking out ClickUp. My team and clients love it!

Great Company! The best fully converged AI workspace!

We've used ClickUp for several years and were promised a lifetime discount as early users. Unfortunately, that promise was never honored. We're extremely disappointed by the broken commitment.

ClickUp’s been amazing for staying organized with all my projects. Super intuitive, and the customer service is great

I had a slow start in learning ClickUp as there is a lot it can do. But once I started utilizing more of its features, I realized its huge potential to improve my work. Some of the things I love about ClickUp: • The task lists, boards and folders make organizing my work a breeze. I can create lists for each project and move tasks between to do, in progress, and done easily without any mix up (there's a search button too if I forget where I put it lol) • The ability to assign tasks to team members and get notifications keep us all on the same page. Oh the notifications can be turned on and off too (lots of options if you don't want your emails to stackup) • The integration with hundreds of apps like Google Drive, Slack, and Gmail allow me to manage my whole workflow from ClickUp. • The user interface, though it has a learning curve, is clean, organized, and adaptable to how I like to work. (i like it better than making my own in excels or docs) It's definitely a single hub to manage your projects, tasks, and team workflow. ClickUp is worth a serious look. The free version already packs a lot of punch, but I imagine that upgrading to a paid tier will just bring me more features and integrations. 👩‍💻

I loved this product until I upgraded to the paid plan. They not only double billed me, they have absolutely no way to contact anybody in support and if you use their automated bot system, all you get is an automated email but still no help. I have had to file a complaint with the better Business bureau, call my bank to dispute the charges, and now I'm going to hire an attorney. This company is great until you need anything besides their product. Now it seems like a complete fraud.

I don’t like to make negative Reviews. But this may be one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. I have enterprise for my Business and is taking me a whole week to solve a simple issue and I get an email from a different agent every day asking me the same questions over an over. The customer service in Enterprise in my experience is no better than the other plans and is no worth it.
