It's a great shop for minimalist European style. The customer service is decent but there is a severe shortage dressing rooms for women. Expect a wait.

Misleading Pricing Practices I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this COS location. The store displays price tags in multiple foreign currencies (such as EUR and GBP) rather than U.S. dollars, despite operating in the United States. This practice is misleading to customers and raises concerns regarding compliance with consumer transparency and fair pricing standards. When I politely inquired about the pricing, the staff and store manager responded dismissively and with an unprofessional attitude. Such behavior is unacceptable, particularly from a brand that presents itself as modern, ethical, and customer-oriented.
