Conveniently located in Calatrava's Hub, next to the PATH turnstiles. It's an easy stop for commuters on their way home to pop in and browse the racks for season's latest. Though their selection seems repetitive and limited at times. Jewelry section is often low on stock.
I’m leaving a review coz I’ve spent a lot of time waiting elsewhere while the wife shops here. I’ve looked around, merch looked very utilitarian to me, but shows what I know coz she looks good in them! She says the staff here are nice, too.
Staff members ruin the brand at this location. Experiencing microaggressions while shopping is ridiculous. Assuming someone isn’t buying and denying help because of it is extremely concerning
Super weird unfriendly and snobby environment for a fast fashion chain… even as I was leaving I said a general “thanks” and it was more uncomfortable than if I had spit on my grandfather at an open casket funeral. Shop online
Higher prices in store than online. Online had items on black Friday sale. Store wouldnt give me that price. Super poor customer service.
This review is not so much about the quality of the clothing as I've bought a handful of items from COS over the years and they're fine. This review is more of a public notice that this store for some reason because "they lack the equipment", cannot accept returns from online purchases. I was told to go to the location in SoHo or use the prepaid return label (I work near WTC so it's more convenient for me to return items to this location and therefore also get my refund sooner than via a mail return). I don't doubt that the staff was lying when they told me this as they have no reason to, but it's the first I've experienced that one particular store is not able to honor the corporate return policy. COS corporate needs to address this or specifically say something on their website as it's unexpected.
Avoid this store. The staff and management are not competent. Had problems with returns without any decent reasons, without apologies even when I proved their mistakes. Save you time, nerves and money, choose other locations.
Tried to buy a dress in the WTC store and was told by Marie (?) that it was not available in my size and to look online. Online listed the WTC store, 185 Greenwich St as having it in my size, so called the store to hold it for me. Marie got the dress for me and several others to try on. Asked her to get me a different size for one of them and waited in the fitting room. And waited. And waited. And waited. Finally got dressed and left. Marie was standing in the entrance. "What happened to the dress you were getting for me?" "Oh, I didn't find your size". And she couldn't tell me??
I bought a product, it shrank in one wash. Extremely poor quality. When I went to the store the person did not accept it back, not even as a store credit because the product had been washed. How can someone know it is going to shrink without washing? I was a loyal customer but not buying there anymore. Poor management and product.
As soon as I entered I was told by a young woman with dark long hair that they were about to close....more than one hour before their closing time.
