Ever was great, helped me find some nice pants :)
Trendy yet modest designs made from fine materials with expert craft and a flair for design. I like new beats in fashion and innovative design houses like Cos keep the drum playing for new generations to come. The store has great hours too and is right near transit lines to anywhere in the city or even Jersey via PATH.
Avoid this location and go to the Spring Street one, if you can. They’re much more accommodating there. I had a large return from an online order this morning, and didn’t learn until I was in the store that there is a “manager’s discretion $500 limit” for returns. The clerk I spoke with was the manager, and I was not given a reason except that that was the policy. She advised me to start the return there and finish it at the Spring street location. Spring street accepted the remaining $700 return, no questions asked. I did keep hundreds of dollars worth of items from the initial order, and I expect better service than this, COS. you can do better than this manager, who made me run around town for no reason.
Horrible shopping experience at this location. Went to try on a few items in the changing room and the employee with long dark brown hair began to talk behind my back to her coworker saying i was trying on too many clothes and not liking any of them. Isn't that the whole purpose of a changing room? I wasn't creating additional work for her either. Made me very uncomfortable, will never shop here again.

Went to return a sweater today and the cashier (girl with long dark curly hair - avoid her at all costs) refused to process my return. First she said the item was a final sale item, and I showed her my receipt that it was not. Then she said since it was a 50% off item it was non-refundable, to which I pointed out it was a 40% item, then she just said it was past the 7 days store policy, but online items have 30 days from the order. So I called corporate and they advised me to go to a different location or to mail it back to them and they would waive the Pre-paid return fee. Terrible customer service.
I love this brand but they hired the most horrible humans to work there. They offered to extend the sale that was going on on Th e website and after I paid I realized the never honored it. I prefer Spring St or the 5th Av. I am steel feeling super annoyed.
A store clerk asked me to tuck the tags back in the (hanging) shirts when I'm done. I just simply replied if the customers need to help fold the clothes as well? And he actually answered "if they want." You can buy better quality clothes with better experience elsewhere in NYC.
Terrible experience loud staff, joking at the register. Floors were filthy in less visible areas like sweeping under the rug vibes. Flew here from Madrid believing I was going to experience a similar experience of this brand, hard pass. Hello Zara? It’s me Jenny, I’ll be there soon!
Great store and a wide selection of beautiful clothing; however, terrible customer service! The cashier girl was so rude and obnoxious that one of her coworkers waited for me by the door to apologize. Avoid this location and just go to a different COS or order online. Probably the worse experience I’ve had shopping within the past year.
