I can’t thank Falone enough for the patience, compassion, and professionalism she showed during our CPR and First Aid training. Having previously experienced a traumatic situation connected to CPR, I was anxious about taking the course again. But she created a calm, understanding, and even uplifting environment that helped me regain confidence in those critical skills. My 9-year-old even enjoyed the class—and we both successfully completed our certification, which says a lot! The mix of humor, empathy, and expertise made all the difference. Highly recommend!
