Falone was my instructor. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and entertaining. I have taken many BLS classes and this one was excellent. She was able to answer every one of my questions and the class was very fun. I recommend this class and my Instructor, Falone, to anyone looking to learn good quality basic life support.

This was a great refresher class for me. Although it was for anyone with or without healthcare experience, you didn't feel left behind. The instructor was fun and engaging. I would recommend this class if you're looking or just on the fence about it.
