Ms. Falone was the best , the class was very informative & she made it fun to learn . I’ll recommend her to anyone looking to go through aha .
this certification class was definitely not what I was expecting. Usually, these classes are taught by instructors with little next to no personality or excitement about themselves. My instructor, Mrs. Lewis was very personable and also very detailed. Haven’t worked as a corporate trainer for 14 years and observing employees and how they interact with the public about the service or product made me understand how exceptional she was at her job.
Class itself was very informational and easy to understand. Ms. Falone did amazing with her patience for I had a rough start to learn the actual compressions. Very sweet and definitely will come back again!
Falone was a great instructor Usually, these classes caused heavy eyelids, but she kept it interesting and easy to retain info.
Ms.Falone was wonderful! I took BLS renewal class and she was very knowledgeable, nice and answered all of our questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend taking a BLS class with her.
