Very clear and understandable training. Realistic, close to home examples to help anchor the importance of this training and assist in remembering the steps when needed. Falone was able to make it personal, was happy to explain things multiple times when necessary, and did not hesitate to focus on class members that needed a little bit more help. Would highly recommend, whether you think you don't need a refresher, or you're intimidated by being a newbie. This is a person who's in the right role and does it well.
