Such an underwhelming experience staying at the hotel and stopping in to this bar. It was the bartender’s first day on the job and seemingly no one was training her- this wasn’t her fault and she seemed to care about her work, but she had to remake my drink bc she couldn’t find tonic water, and then the other drink we ordered looked quite different from the way the experienced bartender was making the same. The food was severely overpriced - $16 for a small cup (~10oz) of soup that didn’t include any croutons/crackers/bread at all, and then $7 for 4 slices of basic toasted bread with butter on the side. Absolutely wild to pay $24+tip and tax for a Panera quality soup.
Brunch with a friend that I hadn't seen for several years. Breakfast taste fine, plenty of space to eat and talk with good daylight from the west. The wait staff assumed we were hotel residents, cleared our food away as soon as we had eaten and bought the bill without asking if we wanted any more. The Chai latte was delicious. The company was outstanding. I'd visit again.
The waitress for my table is very rude, she did not say a single word to me, no greetings, she only stared at me during all communication. After I asked her to help me, she totally forgot about my request in a second and went directly to chat with others (casual chatting and loud laughter, not because of busy working or helping others). I had to ask another staff to help me multiple times. Really appreciate it as he is not the one serving my table.
Went there for a work dinner, unfortunately was out of salmon at the time and one steak left. I assume it was only fluke. All other food and drinks were great.
Stayed at the hotel. Menu looked good. Service was lacking...not busy but the people working were not attentive or very helpful at all. Asked questions about the menu and the answers were less than helpful. Food was just OK and certainly overpriced. It's a nice place and a little extra effort with the menu and the service could make it great.
Beautiful restaurant and the service was good. Pesto was salty, salad was drenched in delicious dressing but, drenched nonetheless. Wanted to pay with cash and that was accepted, but there would be no change. I know I'm a dinosaur but I still don't like this.
Wow! This was the sweetest place inside the hotel I was staying at. I had to bring my 6 mth old charge and the staff Theresa and Katie were so nice. They were super friendly and just on top of my needs. I got a chicken Cesar salad and it was yummy and lots of chicken. I highly recommend!
We stayed at The Sound Hotel right next door and had absolutely great service in particular from Julian. The past few nights we’ve had night caps and even a delicious bread pudding with vanilla bean gelato for dessert. Julian went above and beyond to make our experience great both times. Thank you so much for the hospitality! Extra kudos to Julian for his fantastic helpfulness and friendliness!!
Had the BLTT sandwich and it was awesome!! Bacon, lettuce, turkey, avocado, tomato and mayo. Definitely recommend.
There is a limited menu, but everything we ordered was amazing. They even altered the menu a little for my son (mock pizza). Absolutely wonderful service! The waiter was great with my dog too! I highly recommend! (My dog had a burger patty.)
