Great customer care
This is one of the best Pharmacies I’ve ever encountered. Glenn is the lead pharmacist and he’s a very empathetic and fantastic guy and honestly this place is run super efficiently as Pharmacies go. It’s probably top-notch in terms of service and managing customer expectations.
Today I was helped with multiple critical prescriptions for LGBTQ+ healthcare by: Audrey, Afshah, Maria, and Jeff. They were balancing 100’s of order fulfillments, multiple screens, tons of customers in pharmacy section - and still managed to get all my Cigna health plan discounts, coordinate with my PCP, and answer my questions. The Pharmacy team has a 14/10 for their customer service and professionalism from me today. Thank you all!!!!!!

Always wonderful! All the staff The pharmacist is a great guy, the kinda person you’d want as a friend. It makes a difference when you see him and understand why everyone back in the pharmacy is so friendly. I appreciate him and the team greatly.
Such a long wait at the cashier. Everytime.
Took extremely long to get my medication ready and told me repeatedly to return. Several members of staff who seem to be doing little / no work despite a queue of several people
Great customer service at this pharmacy. Never a long hold time on the phone or a long wait to pick up prescriptions. When I had an issue with my prescription, they held the medicine for me for 24 hours while I sorted out the issue.
I know it’s a tough time to be a pharmacist in SF right now, but had to flag this for others to see. Pharmacist I spoke to Audrey gave me incorrect information and on the phone didn’t even seem to be paying attention. Then she told me to call the corporate 800 number of o have an issue (she didn’t provide it to me). I’m sure she was busy, but when it comes to medicine, people should really pay for attention
I had to wait a bit before getting my Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine because the pharmacists were so busy, but when it was my turn and Nancy administered the shot, I didn’t feel a thing!
