Design Everest: Engineering and Architecture Services

I am a very grumpy and demanding contractor. I know at some point Design Everest has to be annoyed with people like me as most people are. But Design Everest staff are totally cool. Quick turn around and great price for the service. Thank you for the fast turn around.

We had a great experience working with Lokesh and Preston. We had multiple major issues with the foundation and they went above and beyond to find work-arounds that are both structurally sound and cost effective. They were also kind enough to explain details to us in layman terms.

These guys are great. I needed a rush set of plans for a very important commercial project. I reached out got a response right away and my plans where in my hands within days. Very efficient firm, good customer service, great follow-up, outstanding technical knowledge. I will undoubtedly use there services again.

SCAM ALERT We hired this company for structural drawing. We plan on using the space in the ceiling for storage. They took our money. Guarantee to have the drawings done in 10 days, before Christmas. It's now March. No explanation on why it was delayed. No drawing. No draft. After reading the reviews and looking into the company, I do not think this is legitimate. I believe this is a one-person show outsourcing their work. I have never been able to get a hold of anyone working on my project—constantly leaving messages for management to get in touch with me. No response.

Walked away with 1000s of dollars, had no idea how to file for adu in sf, had to bring in another architect to get sign off from city, brought in an Engineer who lives in Columbia and couldn't figure out any of the compliance work the city had. I'm not sure how they could be worse.
