Design Everest: Engineering and Architecture Services

Design Everest is simply the best company to work with for any architectural work. I recently worked with this company for my project in Bay Area. It was amazing experience. They expedited my plans & finished it well before the deadline. They made themselves available to me for any comments from the County. They explained the whole process very well from the beginning. Tushar was very responsive and professional. He helped push my projects with structural team. I think I found the best architecture team for all my projects moving forward. I would highly recommend Design Everest to anyone.

Design Everest was my project's knight in shining armor. I was already in a "build to retire in" construction that went from 5 to 6 figures. I was stressed. I needed to provide my General Contractor some additional, specific support. The Design Everest team was responsive, didn't shame me with engineering jargon and did everything they said they would in the time frame specified; essentially holding my hand. There was no pressure-filled up-sell, I really appreciated that. I had such a good experience, it made me want to work for them, [but I already have a job I love!]. This company was great to work with! I never had to leave the comfort of my home...we dealt strictly through phone calls, emails, electronic sharing of files. They finished my plans in a timely manner and made themselves available to me for any comments from the County. Darshika was very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend these talented people.

Used them a couple of times in the past, and more recently had a really negative experience with them. Had a really simple project of opening a hole in the wall. I've agreed to pay $900 for a report describing feasibility of the project, and sent them house design and photos of the structures. An engineer came by completely unprepared (no metric tape, he hadnt seen the materials i had sent etc). He left after 15mins saying he would send a proposal on how to do shoring. I got a report 2 days after with 2 simple drawings. The most frustrating part is that they completely ignored my repeated attempts to get the engineer contact to clarify some elements of the proposal. Everything was funneled by the sales person who was basically ignoring me. I basically paid $900 for 2 drawings that really did not help me, and w/out any option to contact the engineer.

We engaged Design Everest to prepare the damage assessment report for the damage that happened at our Condo garage. The Engineer's report was very detailed and the Design Everest team did a through job of following through and setting up time to come visit while ensuring all questions were addressed.

Woodcliff has been working with Design Everest on a couple projects for a few years now and their communication is top notch. In Silicon Valley, where everything is fast paced, Design Everest delivers a quick turnaround and clear directions on our structural and engineering needs. Lokesh provides detailed feedback for all of our projects. Their cost is definitely higher than other structural engineers we've used, but we look forward to developing a strong business relationship with them.

Avoid at all costs. Built a ADU in Los Angeles area and they could not finish line the project. They were not familiar with the municipalities code. They refused to send anyone out to the project location even though it was in the contract. I had to spend several thousand with another architect to have my plans stamped. They outsource every part of the project.

Design Everest was very helpful with and inspection and report for our condominium decks. The inspection provided much needed clarity in how to proceed in repairing some decks. Grateful we chose them to come out!

They were on time and professional and when I needed something re-written in the report and was able to give some proof, they re-wrote the report without any extra charge and we're very fast in doing so. You get a whole team working for you when you use Design Everest and I would definitely recommend them.

These thieves basically filed for bankruptcy and didn't provide the services I paid for. I am still waiting to get my money back, (contact me please and make it right) just want my fair share that was not provided. Talked to a few of their consultants since they don't really have any engineers in house, they just outsource it... Yup they ripped them off too and owe quite a bit to the on site/inspection SF Bay engineer. The project manager was quite nasty to me knowing I couldn't do much except sue them. Stay away, or try to get your money back as they are in the process of filing bankruptcy.
