I did a load for this company the person i book this load was Mitchell kowalski I asked for 1hr detention and after a week I send him and email to see if they pay the detention buy the why I claim the detention the same day that I pick up the load And he told me the customer didn't want to pay and I think the customer has to pay that's why they do a contact but like always that's nothing we can do
I have been in the grocery warehousing business some 30 + years. I have dealt with many brokers/carriers during that time period and they can make each day very difficult to deal with. DestiNATION Transport became the brokerage for one of my storage customers a couple of years ago, and I can honestly say that I am very pleased that they have. Since the beginning, I have had zero complaints and I cannot say enough about my rep Derek "DJ" Baer. His professionalism, prompt reaction to any problems that arise, and pure dedication to his job and company are second to none. DestiNATION is definitely one of the best in the business.

I dont think I could say enough about this logistics company. I work with dozens of transport companies and this is by far my favorite. We do a massive amount of freight with Derek and his team and even if their price is higher (which is rare) we still use them. Top notch customer service at every level in the company and great follow through. If there's an issue out side of their control, they make it right. Anyone who works with freight knows how messy it can be and they take the mess out of my hands and into their own and keep me happy. I am a proud customer of destination transport. Thank you ALL for your hard work!!!
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because nobody's perfect. :) That being said I have NOT had any issues with DT. I have been working with Jonathan Conyers for probably over a year now. He is very quick to respond and keeps me posted on any possible delays or changes. He also gives fair pricing and can usually get me a truck at the very last second. I do logistics for a steel fabricator and sometimes new jobsites change their minds quickly. We have always worked well together, no surprises. I appreciate honesty even if it's bad news. I have to keep everyone in the loop about deliveries because sometimes jobsites only have a crane for a limited time. He has saved my arse a time or two!!!!!!! Thanks Jonathan! I have frequently worked with Matt and the DestiNATION team for a few years now and they are one of my favorite go-to brokers. The load details are always accurate and there are never any surprises. I look forward to continued business with them.
We hauled a load for them this month. Our driver had a breakdown and the parts had to be shipped. The driver was in touch daily with them to advise status of the parts and repair. After completion of the delivery, we were notified that they were deducting $1750 from our freight rate. We tried to discuss this with Victoria and we should not budge. Carriers, be careful doing business with them. It's hard to work with a company that does not understand how the industry works and penalizes drivers for matters out of their control.
A lot of brokers tell you what you want to hear, but don't follow through. Derek and the whole crew at Destination have made promises and have always kept them. The customer service level there is beyond what I would expect from any broker or freight company. They always communicate with me so I know what's going on with any one of my shipments. In the 13 years of being in this industry, knowing Destination will do what they say they will means a lot! Thanks for taking care of business!
