Not only do I feel a simple no isnt understood, I get talked to like im stupid for explaing piece by piece that were not interested in their business. This isn't how you gain new clients guys.
We've had nothing but success since our company has started using DestiNATION Transport. I typically never wait more than 10 minutes to get a rate back. They honor their quotes and I once they're given the green light, I never have to worry about our freight sitting. If an issue does arise, they are communicative, honest, and they do their best to make it right. Just the other day, my rep Danny Appleton, worked with me late into the night and found a truck for critical load that saved a project. That effort resulted in the an astonished client, so much so, they were confident to offer us handling the material for the entirety of their next project. This only because we had DestiNATION Transport as a partner and was willing to put in the same work, at the same quality, with the same values, as our company does.
They simply make fools out of driver posting absurd and idiotic rates 0.96 $ per mile .......
Our company had an opportunity to cooperate with Mr. Derek. It was a very pleasant interaction. This is a company with strong working ethics on all levels. Very professional, with a deep understanding of how the logistics industry works. We recommend Destination Transport to everyone!
Do not waste your time with them at all. Booked a load with Dan for $1700. He sent set up package which we filled out in 15-20 minutes and sent him email to inform him that we finished. Dan reposted the same load on the load board 5 minutes after we booked for $1400 and he sent us an email that he could not wait and he recovered the load? Pick up time was in 3 hours so he was not in a rush at all and he was waiting 15-20 minutes as the most. Set up for the first time takes some time and we are all aware of it. He just wanted to cover for $300 less. I took a screenshot of it. I called him and he was so rude over the phone. Carriers be aware and do not let them waste your time.
Hauled a load for them from Oregon to California and back. Really good rates!!!. Even helped me with a fine I received in Oregon during the trip. Derek was great to work with and gave me all the info I needed for the trip. Keep up the good work and thank you for the awesome trip.
Sends you out on loads without requesting a specific trailer or telling you that the pallets are wide. They just expect you to know to send a wide trailer. When we got to shipper with our standard 53’ dry van, we were told that the pallets are too wide to fit. The broker then told us that this is our fault, tried not to pay us TONU, and then proceeded to add us to their DNU list. Be careful with brokers like this.
