We booked a load with this broker. Broker representative was Jack Walter. Booking load was easy. Fast rate confirmation. Easy communication. The way it supposed to be.
They only want to use carriers that use Highway and a monthly subscription to an ELD company. Companies like this are part of the problem for small owner operators. Some of us run local loads only. We stay within our 150 mile radius. We like to go home nightly because we have small children. Not everyone is a rode warrior staying out weeks at a time.not everyone is trying get over. Just trying to feed our families.
hauled a load for this broker from Mississippi to Alabama... checked in at 745pm for an 8pm APPOINTMENT...not loaded until 2am..broker was notified and detention requested...NOT ONE SINGLE PENNY was ever paid for detention !!! Just ANOTHER example of a broker screwing a driver !! WORK WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Jory Baer at DestiNATION Transport. Jory handled challenges smoothly and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The communication is key in this business and they will respond day and night to fix any issues.
Deadheaded 60 miles to get a load was half loaded had a smoke tarp on and was partially strapped down when they figured out it needed to be a 53’ trailer unloaded me. They won’t even cover a truck ordered not used. Will never use this company again and will share with as many people as I can. Cost me money and time

Was dispatched to a load with two stops , first pickup with smooth, went to second stop , they took a piece from the first stop off to get welded , no communication to driver,told me they have two hours, i tried to explain to RYAN, he said thats nor his problem. Dont do business eith with their communication is horrible.
