Place is adorable! But they did yell at my daughter for attempting to try on a jacket and they snatched it out of her hand, in my opinion oddly disrespectful. I get they might not want teenagers just in their store but if they see that they are with adults then they shouldn’t be yelling at them in front of their parents.
I am a longtime frequent flyer in Yoakum. Imagine my excitement when DD announced another store in the Stock Yards, Ft Worth. Yippee! I sent Trapper Larry for a bit of reconnaissance. They were all so terrific and welcoming. The Ft Worth store is warm, friendly and filled with the most amazing treasures. Tracy Uranga knows with just one look what will fit and what I will love. The jewelry, boots, hats, & of course the jackets are all perfection. I will be heading back there as soon as I can.
I absolutely LOVE Double D Ranch!!! I LOVE everyone there! This store is my favorite stop at The Stockyards. I have yet to leave without a new pair of boots because they are SO BEAUTIFUL!!! The entire experience makes me so happy!
A very quaint and well stocked shop! The employees were very kind and helpful in helping me try out different pairs of earrings. They have a nice collection of native-american made steel and turquoise designs. Thanks Molly!
To be watched at a store in judgmental silence and have things snatched from you is something no one deserves. If and when I go back it’ll be because of Tracy. Thank you for the apologies and letting me know I was heard. The other manager, brunette, and sales associate also brunette put such an awful taste in my mouth. Very taken aback.
I always enjoy my shopping experiences at Double D Ranchwear, Ft Worth, Tx The staff are so attentive and happy. The store itself is beautiful and so welcoming. When I wear DD Ranchwear, my Spirits are lifted and the compliments are awesome.
customer service was terrible. grabbed a leather jacket to look at it and immediately got it taken away. another worker said good job when the employee grabbed it from me. i dont know if it was because of my age but regardlessly was not needed.
As a longtime fan of and shopper at the DDR Mothership in Yoakum, I was thrilled to learn of the opening of the new DDR store in The Stockyards. Have visited the Stockyard DDR store several times and loved every moment. Beautiful clothes, boots & hats and the staff is so knowledgeable and attentive. It's time for another visit really soon!
Double D Ranch has some of the most beautiful clothing, leather goods, and beaded pieces I've ever seen. Every item is a work of art. Heidi made our visit even more special with her warmth, friendliness, and exceptional customer service, taking the time to chat with our family and make us feel genuinely welcome. It's rare to find a store with both exceptional products and exceptional people. We left feeling like valued guests rather than customers, and we will absolutely be back!
Return shopper here at one of my favorite stores in the Stockyards. Double D Ranch has beautiful merchandise for the country girl at heart. I walked in yesterday and fell in love with the El Jefe Old Gringo boots on the mannequin. When I was told they weren’t available for purchase I was clearly disappointed as they were my size and fit perfectly. Today I returned and happened to meet the manager Leann. I explained the situation and she immediately said let me look into it. I was promptly told YES I can sell them to you!! Needless to say I was thrilled. I also purchased some beautiful rings as well. Leann knows customer service and how to make things happen. Also Molly was very helpful and pleasant. I will be back in the future! Thank you Leann!!
