Love this store! Fabulous clothes, boots and jewelry! Best customer service in the stockyards! Friendly, helpful and fun staff! Tracy is awesome! She always goes above and beyond finding anything I need! I highly recommend Double D Ranch! It’s a family run store and they treat you like family! Anytime I’m in the stockyards it’s the first place I go! Customer service is a lost art now a days, but they know how to do it right! If you are planning a girls trip to the stockyards Double D Ranch is a must!
I ordered some old gringo boots from here and I love them! They were back ordered until June however, I told them I was going to Fort Worth for the PBR finals. They told me that they would see what they could do and they delivered! I was able to pick them up before the PBR finals right from the store (a month early)! Customer service here is so great! The boots are amazing but I have never had a store personally take care of me like that! ❤️❤️
Shoutout to Savannah Welborn at Double D Ranch wear store in the Fort Worth Stockyards! We had a quick trip to the area a few weeks ago and had one of the best shopping experiences! I was looking for a particular pair of Old Gringo boots and with Savannah’s assistance, ended up buying two different pairs, and a gorgeous matching leather bag. The store offers a diverse selection of high fashion western attire, unique jewelry, bags and so much more! We can’t wait to go back! Thanks for the extra goodies also! The toffee was yummy and I love the boot socks. I have received a lot of compliments on the boots! When in Fort Worth, highly recommend a trip to Double D Ranch wear and ask for Savannah!
