I had a fantastic first experience using Echo Limousine for an airport ride, and Andreea made it even better. She was an excellent driver—professional, punctual, and courteous. The ride was smooth and stress-free, making for a great start to my trip. The Echo Limousine app was also impressive—quick, easy to use, and very efficient. I’ll definitely be using this service again!

LOVED them! I would give 10 stars if I could! They were super easy to book online, great communication the entire trip and although a little more than a regular Lyft or Uber I knew it was reliable and safe. The cars were super clean and the drivers were just beyond amazing. Our flight was delayed and they waited and kept in contact the whole time. I cannot say enough great things about this company! My extended family has used them as well for travel to and from the airport. You will not be disappointed in the service!

Used Echo Limousine for two trips, from O' Hare to downtown Chicago hotel and back to O' Hare 5 days later. SUV vehicles were nice and clean and the drivers were courteous and arrived a little before the scheduled time. On the trip back to O' Hare the driver used the fast lanes which got us past a slow-down on the highway and we made great time. I will definitely use Echo again in Chicago.

Driver was on time, he was very polite and the car was clean and tidy. It was ideal for 4 adults and luggage. Our driver took us safely and smoothly from the Airport to our destination. I would recommend this service.

We used Echo for our trip to and from the airport for our recent vacation. They were on time, courteous, and easy to communicate with. I was worried as our return flight got delayed three times and we ended up getting in after 10pm but they monitored the flight and were there to meet us right away! It was a wonderful trip, made even better by not having to worry about transportation! It was also easy to schedule a booster seat for my son as well. We will definitely use them again!

I have been using Echo for over 3 years now as my go to service for airport transport and personal events. Scheduling is a breeze, super effective from pricing to booking. Pricing is all inclusive so it makes it that much easier. Reminder notifications are sent in advance of the booking and day of. On day of pickup, EVERY time I've received direct contact from the driver and pickup is a breeze. All of their vehicles are new, clean, and comfortable. Drivers are SUPER professional, communicative, and pleasant. Most recently, I reserved an transit van for a birthday celebration, they may have took wind that it was a celebration and instead I was greeted with an upgraded executive van. It was a very nice experience from meeting Demetrius, who was very professional and helped with our bags to the entire ride home; he played soft and soothing music and drove at a perfect speed to make us feel comfortable and safe. always punctual, clean vehicles with drivers that make you feel safe and cared for. Our drivers were friendly (one did talk excessively and a quiet moment would have been nice, but at least that person was friendly and not grumpy)- Cars were clean as could be and were were offered water and always texted and made aware of their arrival, so we were kept in the loop and punctual. Great service would use again if we travel back to Chi town

My husband and I were in need of a ride to the airport very early in the morning and we didn’t want to inconvenience my sister and brother in law who also have a new baby. I found Echo Limousine when searching for a service that offered car seats as I have a four month old. The entire experience was great. It was easy to book via their online form and I was able to select a rear facing car seat when booking as well. I called the company to ensure the correct seat would be provided based on my baby’s age and weight and the customer service was friendly and reassuring. Our driver Elena showed up ahead of schedule and helped load our bags, and the ride to the airport was smooth. I would definitely use this service again if I am ever in need!
