Echo Limousine was amazing to work with! Matthew took great care in arranging our ride in the best vehicle possible. He ensured the driver would be available for our date and time(New Years Eve, both a holiday and late at night in downtown Chicago) before booking with us. They were able to quickly and easily change our drop off site when needed. When traffic was heavy and streets blocked off, Arturo was able to offer suggestions of other locations our wedding party could go to see the fireworks we were headed to. Overall, we couldn't have asked for better service, nicer people and such great customer service overall. We would 100% use Echo Limousine again!!!
I have used Echo numerous times in the Chicago area and have found the service to be impeccable--great reminders and notifications, easy to book on line, always on time, drivers professional and knowledgeable about the area and very comfortable cars. Cannot go wrong with Echo!
We have been using Echo for several years now and have always found them prompt and professional, with clean, well maintained cars. Our most recent driver, Andreea, exemplified all of those virtues and more. She was very friendly, helpful and courteous (and, of course, a very good driver). It’s a truly a pleasure riding with drivers like her.
Echo Limousine was incredible every step of the way. I really appreciated that they had point to point service as I was struggling to find that with other companies in the city. When I called to schedule the ride, they were very responsive and made it very easy and were reassuring that there would be no issues on the day of. I booked a limo for my brothers wedding and it arrived 10 minutes early and the driver was very nice. I would absolutely book with Echo again!
We had an excellent experience for our trip from downtown Chicago to South Bend (and back!). The car was clean and on-time. We will definitely book again!
Fantastic service! Coming off a redeye at 4 am, Andreea appeared as promised on time and at the right place. She helped me get my bags situated and whisked me to my destination. She was pleasant, professional and friendly while respecting that I was functioning on 2-3 hours sleep and wanted to rest a bit. I’ll be a repeat customer.
I have used Echo Limousine on at least a half a dozen occasions over the past year and they’ve always been on time, professional, courteous, and available. Andreea is terrific, and a great driver. I would highly recommend her!
Great experience, even though there was a snafu (my fault) regarding which terminal we landed at. Driver was patient and went the extra mile to meet us and help us with our luggage. Definitely recommend
Another excellent experience for us with Echo Limousine. This is our 2nd time booking with Echo and we are so grateful we found them. Our driver for our flight to the airport arrived 10 minutes early, helped us load the bags, provided us water and a very comfortable ride. He was knowledgeable about the airport and very friendly.
