Huge thanks to Matthew and the driver for the incredible service picking up my parents from O'Hare! My parents don't travel often, and after some stressful flight delays, they ended up arriving two hours late. I reached out to Echo in a bit of a panic, but Matthew already had it handled and completely reassured me that they wouldn't be left stranded. My parents couldn't stop raving about their driver, who got them to us safe and sound and helped them with all of their bags. I HIGHLY recommend Echo Limousine. Wonderful experience! Driver was prompt upon our exit of the baggage claim area and he had to endure a delay on our flight. We booked a small car for my daughter and I and was surprised to be picked up in a Suburban for the same price. Everything was very professional and as smooth as I could hope for.

Received multiple communications- a confirmation upon request, a reminder the day before, and the driver arrived early and texted me- all of which put my mind at ease. Echo Limousine worked perfectly for us. Arriving from Korea with 10 suitcases, 3 carry-ones and a cat we needed a little extra help. I contacted Echo Limousine and arranged a transit ban to haul all our stuff. The company reached out prior to our arriving and made sure all our information was correct. The directions they provided were easy to follow. After we collected our mountain of bags, I texted the number they gave me. Driver responded back immediately that he was coming. We went to the designated pick up spot, and he arrived no more than 10 minutes later. Assisted us in loading and drove us to Belvidere Illinois. Ride was super comfortable with free water if we needed it. Driver assisted with unloading… thank goodness as I just had rotator cuff surgery and my wife knee surgery. I appreciate him very much! After 14 hours in the air and jet lag, this service was sooooo worth the money. They are definitely deserving of all the positive reviews. They deliver on what they say they will do.

I highly recommend Echo Limo! Booking was easy, and they offer a wide range of vehicles. Throughout the process, we felt well informed. We received a reminder text the night before, and on the day of our trip they tracked our flight and notified us when they arrived. We had the pleasure of having the same driver for both trips from and back to the airport. The car was spotless, and the driver was professional and friendly. Another bonus is that when you call, an actual person answers the phone. During our trip, my cell phone stopped working, so I called to provide an alternate number for confirmation texts. They helped immediately, which reduced a lot of stress. This company was recommended to us by a friend, and they were every bit as great as described. You won't be disappointed if you book with them.

Booking was very easy, and our driver Alfredo was accommodating and flexible with our time bopping around the Chicagoland area, he was so nice and patient with our group. It was a great way to celebrate a milestone birthday with friends, and I would definitely recommend!

Easy to book, request changes and to do payments. Also, thanks to the driver for waiting for more than 40 minutes. There was an unavoidable delay but driver was so understanding and kind.
