I just one to commend one of your employees for his exceptional customer service and attitude. Brandon is one of your supervisors in your Rufe Snow location. He is very well versed in customer service. Everytime I see him, he has the biggest smile for me and quite honestly, helps in everyway possible. Just wanted to express my appreciation for him.

I’m an avid thrifter, but this was my first time at eco thrift NRH. I couldn’t stop finding so many amazing finds. They are stocked with good brands and quality clothing. The prices are a little high, but still lower than goodwill. This store is basically Texas thrift, but with another name. The store has 25%,50%, and 75% off colors weekly, which makes it easier to find something on sale. The checkout is assisted checkout, not self checkout. I would remove all hangers before bringing your items to checkout. OH! And they have dressing rooms which is AMAZING! Plus the manager was so kind and helpful!

I want to first say this store is so clean. I come every week as soon as your come from the entrance this beautiful person Brandon give you that gentle and beautiful smile that make you come even more, his deserves everything for how good he is in general at his work.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ when I’m depressed I run to the store, they make you feel better. They already know my name and welcome me every time I go. This people work hard to make everything perfect at this store. Another guy is Josiah his so gentle, he always ask me Tania welcome back every time like Brandon I think this 2 guys are amazing employees. Another one I like how nice and helpful is Derri she is so professional and always focuses on make customers feel good. I give this store 10 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just recently discovered ecothrift a few weeks ago and obsessed is an understatement! This place is always so clean and always full of new inventory. The prices are great and everyone is always so sweet and helpful! Especially Brandon at the front who helped explain the tag discounts to me when I first stopped in and he always greets me with a hello and smile at the front door everytime I’ve come in since!! He’s the best!! Highly recommend this place!!

the reviews made me avoid this place for a while.... that saved me some $! the prices are AMAZING. i didn't finds shirt over like $7. brand new Milly pants (britches) with the $340 tag for $32. got 5 tops for $19. this place is huge with tons of inventory. very clean & organized. polite staff. open until 9.

Horrible customer service. Probably the rudest employees I’ve ever seen. Whoever was working Sunday around 1:30pm need some training on how to approach customers, because I’ve never been to a store where not a single person smiles, they all talk monotone, when asking about products in electronics, they have no idea about them. Don’t waste your time picking clothes that don’t have tags because they won’t sell them to you.

What a great store. Prices were good, clothes were arranged my size for adults. Hopefully they will do the same with children clothes too. (Hate sorting through a whole rack of clothes not sorted by size.) Home goods were well organized and not trashed out. Love the baskets! The front looks like it should be self checkout, but the employees are there to do that for you.

I really do like this store. It's clean, well stocked, has clean bathrooms that have toilet tissue & wide aisles. 50% off for most every holiday. A bit pricey for the sale days - even at 50 off. I like daily color tags better that are up to 75% off. Senior & Military discounts, Tuesday and Wednesday. Nice check out folks. Will definitely go back again. Thank you

This “thrift store” is insanely OVERPRICED! For them to be getting these items donated for free! Would definitely not recommend checking them out unless you want to spend $15-$25.99 on a raggedy, worn t-shirt—shame on the people who are making the ridiculous pricing on the items. Better off going into a TJ Max or Ross for BRAND new items! Do better!

My husband and I “browsed” here, and I say browsed because the items were so ridiculously priced that we didn’t “shop” or buy anything. We saw used, worn looking Harley Davidson and Metal Mulisha t-shirts for $34.99 each. As a mater of fact, everything that’s was in good or new condition was priced at almost retail prices. The only things that were “thrift store” prices looked old and worn out. The fun of thrifting and finding a great deal was non existent at this store. If I paid their prices, I would definitely feel ripped off. We will not be back!
