I talked with two employees that were incredibly helpful and polite. They told me about discounts and upcoming promotions. I wish I had gotten both of their names. I know the rockstar at the register was Star, perfect name. Great experience!

The only thrift store I will shop it. It's always worth it. The store is always clean, the clothes are gently worn. Lots of name brands. We never miss a sales day. Emily, Ty, Brandon and Rosa were here today. They're great. 😁

Eco Thrift is one of my daughter's and my go-to thrifting stops. The store is clean, large with a big selection, & has try-on rooms which is a BIG plus! The staff are friendly. The selection can be hit or miss (normal thrifting), but inventory changes out constantly. They have daily sales that vary by tag color which enables you to find really good deals sometimes. The main downside to this thrift store is that they have a VERY strict policy (from which they will NOT sway) that all item tags must be attached or they will NOT sell the item until it's been reprocessed & retagged by the store which can take days. If it doesn't have the tag still attached (even if got caught on something & accidently fell off in the cart (which happens), they will NOT sell the item to you...NO exceptions!

Emily was fantastic! So knowledgeable and friendly ❤️ Our fist time so she explained everything Organized racks, clean clothes, SHOPPING CARTS! This place is awesome and we will be back

I’m a regular here and always get all the great deals. The front end Supervisor Brandon always is helpful with bagging my items and is always friendly. Josiah and Rosa also are always welcoming me and helping me find good deals. Definitely recommend this thrift store it’s clean and organized.

We had the absolute best experience at Eco Thrift thanks to Emily (the blonde at the counter)! Her energy is truly contagious—you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She was having so much fun helping customers, ringing up purchases, and keeping everything moving with such a positive vibe.

This thrift store has a great selection, especially if you’re shopping smart. They carry a wide variety of items including clothing, shoes, toys, home décor, electronics, blankets, as well as a large selection of purses, hats, and even some jewelry. It’s definitely worth visiting when they’re running promotions...like half-off days or discounted color tags because that’s where you’ll find the best deals. Pricing at full cost can feel a bit high for secondhand items, so I recommend focusing on the color tag discounts. They typically have several tag colors on sale each day, which makes a big difference in value. The store itself is set up well...large dressing rooms, pretty clean restrooms, and assisted checkout (no self-checkout). They also use rolling basket carts with handles instead of traditional shopping carts, which are easy to move around the store. One thing to note: they don’t really offer furniture, so if that’s what you’re looking for, you may want to try another location. Also, all sales are final, so be sure to double-check your items before purchasing. Overall, it’s a solid spot to shop if you catch the right deals.

This is a great Thrift store Highly organized , Only problem is the staff it self is bad , when I first came here they would help you at the self checkout. Now at least with The one Employee Manager Rose , she watched me go to a register that was closed that could have been a mistake, but then she stands and watches almost like more for a schoplifing prevention more then self checkout assistance, when I brought it up "she flat out told me yea because it's self check out so yea" and the tone she said it in was harsh and rude , there is no have a good day nothing just make sure you leave your hangers on the rack . They do over price things ,but if you look at what's half off you get good deals , NO RETURNs or Exchange for any Reason . Goodwill has similar prices and organization friendly staff , but I do like the set up here and some off the lower staff is nice but Rose the manager is The Mean Lunch Lady .

Love the selection but customer service sucks. I’m big on service and if you can’t greet me when coming in or even thank me when leaving training is needed. Also approached jewelry counter. Lady behind counter never even looked up or asked if any assistance was needed but knew me and my husband were there. Rude. Eco thrift near Hulen much more friendly staff.

Based on reviews, I almost didn’t stop here BUT I AM SO GLAD I DID! Definitely not overpriced as many reviews claimed. I scored like new kids shoes for $2-4, and the highest priced items were the men’s jeans at just $14 with tax. Plus it’s super clean and organized!! Highly recommend! It’s super hard to thrift larger sizes in men’s pants, and they have a large selection! Baby clothes for less than a dollar. The receipt doesn’t lie! I will definitely be back!
