We used Elemental Energy for our solar array install and couldn't be happier. They did the install in less than ideal conditions to get it done within the 2019 calendar year. Enabling us to take full advantage of the state and federal tax credits. In 9 months we have generated over 22.5 MEGAWATT hours. Equaling over $2,000 in power credit. At this rate we will achieve our goal of being 99% energy neutral. Big thanks to Elemental Energy and the Sun!

Elemental Energy is a fantastic choice for solar contractor. They're a shining example of a business where passion and values meet technology and sustainability. John Grieser is very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without hesitation (especially the geeky, technical ones). The installation crew worked efficiently, and were courteous and friendly. It feels great to support a local company while adding renewable energy to our lives. The SolarWorld panels we installed were made right here in Oregon (Beaverton) as well. I very highly recommend Elemental Energy to anyone who is considering an installation. They make installing solar easy, fun, and interesting.

This company is extremely professional and affordable. They were very responsive long-after the panels were installed. They had women and POC on their crew. They worked fast and explained things to us every step of the way. They have their process down! Everyone was kind and smart. We've had our system for years, and everything has run perfectly. We also love that they run a non-profit that helps communities with energy independence. Literally, every single part of the experience with them was stellar.

My experience with Elemental Energy is 100% positive. I hired them to remedy the poor work of a different electrician, and their techs were quick and competent. They're definitely good people to work with, and I plan on calling them for any future electrical work I may need.

Elemental Energy was great. They installed our system during a major, on-going home renovation. They provided detailed estimates for 3 options. They worked efficiently with our general contractor. In the first 6 weeks of operation, the system generated 700 kWh. September's electric bill was $12.

We signed up in June to get solar on our house due to a problem with Tesla never giving us an install date. We were told that we would be installed mid to late July and that we could cancel and get our deposit back if needed but we shouldn't have any problems. Permits were already paid for by us because of the previous issue with Tesla. July comes and goes with no contact. Mid August comes and still nothing, so we contacted them and was told they were running behind because they bought another solar company and was trying to work things out. Then we get a call from John who was with the other solar company and he offered us a 100.00 because of our troubles and that we would be installed at the end of August. We advised that we felt as though if we never called or contacted them we would never have an install date setup and that we were considering cancelling the contract. We asked if we cancelled would we get our deposit back. He advised that we would but he wanted us to give it a day to make sure it is what we wanted to do. We thought it over and decided that we wanted to cancel. We got a call from Allie saying she was heart broken that we were cancelling and wanted to know if they could do anything else to keep us. We said at this time we wanted to cancel and we verified with her if we would get our refund and she said she would but wouldn't get the 250.00 back that we paid to the charity. Now we are into September and we have yet to see the refund so we contacted them again and was advised by Allie that the owner is refusing to refund the 500.00 because they put too much time into this. I would stay clear of this company. We felt as though there was too many empty promises that were never fulfilled. We are filing a complaint with the BBB and also a dispute with our credit card company. With the issue here, I doubt we will ever go solar on our home. Too many broken promises and lack of honesty with the companies that we have dealt with.

We had a great experience working with Elemental to install a solar power system at our house. They were straightforward and easy to deal with and did a good job. Would definitely hire them again.

My 9kW installation was smooth and fast. Faced with a hard install deadline to qualify for Wash. production incentives, I was nervous. But I was on-line with two weeks to spare! And then when the squirrels decided to move in under the panels putting the wiring at risk, defensive screening was quickly installed at a reasonable cost.

Just got the switch flipped on my brand spanking new system and the panels are already producing more than our household is using! John and Brandon did great work from start to finish on everything from quoting out specs and helping me understand which incentive programs would be most beneficial, to making sure that the post-build paper work was fully taken care of with the city and PGE.
