The did a bad installation, the inverter box had water damage. It only last 8 months they keep telling me is the siding guy but the siding was remplace a year later after I have the problem with inverter and inverter was never removed. For the last 3 years Im paying two bills I don't recommend at all.

Hired Elemental to install a solar array after speaking with multiple contractors. They were not the cheapest, but their price was within the bounds of the market. What sealed the deal for me was that they visited the site to evaluate (other contractors did not) and thus had a better sense of what was needed. I also appreciate they didn't overpromise, which was something another vendor did (suggesting we could have more panels on the roof than fire code would allow). Finally, the install: when the electrician came to do the work, he noticed that we wouldn't need a piece of equipment that was in the quote. The company credited me the difference - none of that had to be done. Says a lot about the crew doing the actual work. This is a professional operation, top to bottom. They met their deadlines and commitments. There are other solid operators in town, but it's going to be increasingly hard to decide who to go with now that the solar tax credit is gone. My feeling is Elemental is one of the most solid operators - an important fact, since equipment does need service from time to time.

Elemental Energy was an excellent company to work with. From the first conversation to the final installation of the equipment, they were professional, low key and competent. The entire process from system design, roof replacement, city inspection, panel installation, and final review by the electric company had to be done before the end of the year so that we could take advantage of the federal incentives for residential panel installation. They had a project manager assigned to the case to make sure all went smoothly, and it all did. Naturally, we interviewed and had quotes from different providers. While we believe the other companies could have done the job just as well, Elemental Energy gave us more of the feeling that we were working with our neighbors who really care about us and believe as we do in contributing to a cleaner environment.

After talking with several solar installers, I chose Elemental Energy. Their bid was reasonable, their plan reflected exactly what I asked for, and I appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions with candor and professionalism. When there were surprises with the installation, Elemental responded quickly with a plan to deal with every issue. They showed concern for my comfort and looked for solutions that addressed everything as quickly as possible. Perhaps because the installation did not go as smoothly as I'd hoped, I came out of the process with an even greater respect for the company and its employees. Everyone I worked with was great. We hired Elemental Energy to install solar for our home last year. We were getting bids and had narrowed it down to three local companies who all had good reputations and a solid amount of recommendations. They impressed us with how easy it was to get a quote, their no-pressure approach to sales, and their honesty when talking specifics about our setup and setting realistic expectations for the return we'd see from the equipment. They guided us through the application process and review with the city and helped us troubleshoot a potential hold up on the city's end with our local transformer. In May, the install was completed with care and without fuss. The team that came to install our equipment was professional, polite, and helpful - answering any questions at each stage of the work. We're over half a year in and our system has been working as expected. We're very pleased with the results and how everything is running. The savings so far line up with Elemental's estimates and it's helped us to budget with the new setup. As always, trust your gut and do what's right for you with anything done to your house. For our part, our gut said we should pick Elemental, and they've done right by us so far. I'd definitely recommend them if you're considering getting solar installed!

Elemental Energy installed solar panels on my residential roof and worked through a complicated permitting process since the work was also associated with a new ADU. The extra work wasn't their usual work flow, but they responded well and made sure that all the details got ironed out and worked with all the appropriate authorities to get my project across the finish line. I'm very happy with the end result and hire them again for additional work

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Elemental installed a Solar Panel + Battery Backup system for my home. I chose them for two reasons: 1) they were local and 2) they had the best reviews. They did not disappoint. The installers -- Hanniel, Luis, and Seth -- were incredibly professional -- and worked with me to ensure that the installation looked as good as it functions. I love not having a power bill. Highly recommended!
