I had an excellent experience with this company thanks to my inspector, Ben Calhoune. He was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely respectful from start to finish. Ben took the time to listen to my concerns and explained what was happening in a way that actually made sense. He also complimented my home, validated my DIY work, and gave me clear, sound advice on what to monitor — all without any high‑pressure sales tactics. His professionalism gave me real peace of mind. I will absolutely consider this company for any future needs.
Unfortunately, water entered my finished basement through the crawlspace as a result of rain and its runoff. A disaster! I decided to obtain estimates to mitigate the water intrusion from 4 very reputable companies and decided to select Engineered Solutions of Georgia to perform the work. I am very glad that I did! Chad answered all of my questions and provided me with illustrations pre-contract. Justin, the ESOG lead, and his team provided professional and exceptional service and went beyond my expectations. ESOG installed a channel system and sump pump in my basement crawlspace; ensured that it worked; provided pictures and videos of the finished work; and cleaned and trashed all debris. Outstanding! Without reservation, I highly recommend ESOG and its lifetime warranty, specifically Chad and Justin!
Complicated installation of helical piers and hydraulic lifting of a sunroom that had settled, as well as injection of foam under slab to fill voids. Realistically, ESOG could not guarantee that the lift would be successful, but they executed the project very professionally and it did indeed work. The sunroom is now level and stabilized, with no damage done in the process. I am extremely satisfied. The whole crew was excellent.
Had work done last summer - helical pier installation, new support pole in basement, and waterproofing and sump pump system in basement. I called specifically due to water pouring out of the concrete near the bottom of my basement walls during a very heavy storm - had video that I shared during my consultation. The plan we received back for water-proofing was to replace the existing drainage system. I asked several times if that would fix the issue with water pouring in ABOVE that system and was told that it would, that the current system was being overwhelmed or was flawed in some way. I was told several times during the installation that I would NOT see water back in the basement and if I did there was a problem. First heavy rain of the year there is water in my basement again also coming out around the new support pole they installed. I called and left a voicemail on March 8th - never heard back. Emailed the man that did my original evaluation and plan - week later haven't heard back. Lifetime warranty won't do you any good if they dodge customers with post-work questions or issues. We spent thousands on this work.
My whole team did a terrific job. Project manager Jake explained everything that would be involved installing the reinforcing piers. Crew chief James along with Louis and Michael were great onsite, completing everything without a hitch. James was incredibly helpful with the details of the work they'd be doing and encouraged me to check in on progress to see what was physically being done. They were also very respectful of the non-work area parts of the property and kept/left a very clean work site.
We used ESOG to help with stabilization and restructure of our foundation. Their Representative Marc came out and thoroughly inspected our crawl space and presented a plan to help with our current problems and prevent future issues. Their crew was very courteous and kept the jobsite clean. I highly recommend ESOG.
Bruce and his team were fantastic. They solved a massive problem we had with our house sinking. Previous fixes by other companies never truly solved any issues here. While at first we thought the cost was high and we were a little skeptical in pressure grouting, we quickly realized their work and process was so much more sophisticated then the average concrete fix. And the product they are using was so much more advanced than regular concrete fill. The crewa were professional, courteous, and cleaned up each day after themselves. We now have such a high level of confidence and relief that we are finally on sound ground. We are truly grateful for Bruce and the owners and their whole team. Thank you again.

Had the best experience… from the original assessment with Ben to the work completion from all four of the guys that were here everything went exceptionally well. Everyone was professional and courteous. Works as done timely and efficiently. Would totally recommend!
The ESOG people were very hard-working, professional, polite, and friendly. They did a great job in my basement installing a sump pump, encapsulating the area, and cleaning up after. However, the electrical subcontractor, Solidground Electrical, was absolutely horrible. They unnecessarily tore up the ceiling in my basement and left an awful mess when they were done. They literally left drop ceiling components (rails, ceiling tiles, etc.) laying over items in my basement. Also, their communication skills were poor to nonexistent. No ESOG personnel ever came by to review the job that their subcontractor did. I am terribly disappointed that ESOG would employ such a low quality electrical subcontractor. It's a shame!
