I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Enterprise location and its staff. We rented a SUV through Costco. This location was far and away the lowest priced (including other nearby Enterprise locations). I was told that this was because the location was fairly new and Enterprise was trying to increase business. I am going to Boston again in October and checked prices. Apparently, Enterprise's low price idea worked. This location is still competitively priced but not always the cheapest. We were allowed to return the vehicle to the airport and I was even refunded the extra hour that I was charged. I agree with the other reviewers: Lauren and Ricky were fantastic. I plan to rent again for my next trip to Boston. I don't understand how someone could have a bad experience here.

The staff is extremely friendly. Despite reserving a small car, only a larger one was available - I booked it 60 minutes in advance. On a positive note, the return garage operates 24 hours a day.
Location was perfect as we stayed near the park. We hired a car for 2 weeks and the pick and drop off process was extremely professional and efficient. The Enterprise team, and in particular, Christopher Diggs, was friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We've used Enterprise before and will do again.
Jonathan and the rest of the staff were very helpful on Friday morning 7/10 when there was a computer issue. They pivoted very well to some troubleshooting, including doing a manual paper contract. Kept us up-to-speed as well. The car was in great shape once we got it and the return process a few days later was smooth as well. We're grateful for Enterprise staff as a whole for how well they dealt with a tough situation!
I flew into Boston to handle business and go to an unexpected FUNERAL of a childhood friend. Upon arrival I had booked with the competitor (AVIS CAR RENTAL) on Clarendon St, which is my other go to in CAR RENTALS but at that moment they let me down by telling me my credit card and bank card they weren't able to take since I booked and payed through the app. I then walked a few blocks to (Enterprise) at the REVERE HOTEL on Stuart St. I mentioned to them what AVIS did and they were great assisted me and helped me with my situation. I originally turned them down due to my frustration with AVIS but then I came back and booked with them since there service was great. The manager and team did what they could and got me ready with a great value vehicle. I enjoyed the car so much and the 3 days I was out there in Boston. I'm DEFINITELY renting with ENTERPRISE at the REVERE HOTEL location again whenever I do go back to BOSTON.
The Enterprise team at the Revere are outstanding. I've been coming here a lot and they are always super friendly and on top of things. Today is Memorial day weekend and they are having to go through a ton of bookings this morning, but they are so awesome at communicating and making sure everyone is taken care of efficiently and without feeling rushed. Big thanks to them!
Very convenient location in downtown Boston. I walked here from my hotel to pick this up and returned it at the airport right before my flight. Price was good and the car was exactly what I needed. Nothing fancy. Staff was quick and friendly.
We had the greatest experience renting from these folks in Boston. The two gentlemen that helped us were exceptional. Fantastic attitude, great humor, and very helpful in selecting the car best for us. We’ve decided that’s where we will go to rent our cars in Boston from now on.I wish I could remember their names to point them out directly, but I can’t. Highly recommend you use them. We rented from the location at 200 Stewart Street in Boston.
