I reserved a Nissan Rogue through Priceline from Enterprise to travel from Boston to NY to Canada. I reserved the car a month in advance and paid in full. When I arrived to pick up my Rogue the Enterprise office would not honor my reservation and told me there is a 75% chance the Rogue would be stolen in Canada and they would not take that risk in letting me travel to my end destination which was on my reservation. They said I should have checked their direct website to make sure this was allowed. I’m not sure why anyone would do that given I was able to book it, gave my end destination as Canada, and did this a month in advance. If there was an issue, Enterprise should have called me before letting me show up and tell me they would not let me have a Rogue. Meanwhile, I have a family full of large suitcases for our 2 week travel across multiple states. The office staff asked their manager if they could honor my reservation for a Rogue or a similar size vehicle and they denied it. They left me no choice but to then take a Camry which would not fit my children and luggage. I had to have friends take some of my luggage and also had to incur extra costs by ubering to fit my luggage. In addition, the office was extremely rude and when I asked why other car rental companies let people rent SUVs and travel to Canada I was told Avis is down the street and I should call them. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. Will never rent from Enterprise again.

Both were friendly, professional, and showed excellent customer service. I’m completely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be renting from Enterprise again!
They had a car available over Xmas when no one else in Boston did. Michael Coates and his crew provided excellent service. Whole experience was fast and pleasant.
I was rear ended and my insurance company uses Enterprise for their rentals. The man at the Enterprise was very friendly and thoughtful throughout the process. During my rental (5+ weeks!) I had to contact Enterprise a few times to extend my rental. I was able to do it over the phone. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Rented a car with pick-up and drop-off at the Boston Revere Hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Vehicle was perfect for our needs, and was waiting for us when we arrived. A special shout out to Jonathan Akeredolu, and Micheal Coates. They were so unbelievably helpful and were extremely patient, even with all my stupid questions. We had a great experience with Enterprise as our travel plans were last minute changed due to flight cancellations. Enterprise was flexible and accommodating with top notch customer service.
We landed at Boston Logan Airport and took the subway to the Enterprise location. It was a quick route from the airport. We chose this location because of the proximity to our hotel in Boston and the late night drop off. The car we got was a 2025, with about 3,100 miles on it. It was a very good car and took us to the cape and back. The staff was very helpful and got us on the road quickly. They gave us all of the information we needed to get out and drop the car off. Finding this location is a challenge. It is on the 5th floor of the parking garage. So proceed into the garage area, and locate the elevator and take it to the 5th floor and you can't miss it. You will walk by the hotel entrance, literally where cars pull into the garage. The dropoff was super simple - park and lock your car and there is a key drop box.
