I picked up my car 200 at Stuart St in Boston and dropped it off at Enterprise in Kingston, NY. The agents at both ends went out of their way to ensure that my needs were a priority. Timings and car were great. Everything went so smoothly … AND it was so economical!! Thank you so much that at least one thing could be stress-free in these days !
I rented a car here. The experience I received was unmatched. Mr. Hernandez provided me with great customer service. There was a bad snow storm, and he made sure the car I rented had all wheel drive and a snow brush. I would highly recommend renting a car here.
I had to deal with an old, white, bald man at the front desk who was very rude & had no idea of customer service. Constant sarcasm + off brand comments. This white dude was acting like he was doing me a favor, even though I'm giving this location business. Key drop off was not clear or visible at all, nor did I get clear information from the Enterprise employee. I would not recommend this branch, unless they get better staff.
Michael Coates is the best there is! His hospitality and mannerism makes the renting process very smooth! This guy definitely deserves a raise, I’ve been renting from the Boston Revere Hotel location for about 2 years now and he’s always on top of things, I’m checked in no more than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Michael to get the job done!
Recently I spent a few days in Boston at the Revere Hotel and conveniently Enterprise has a location in the building. I was able to rent a car from Enterprise the day before I needed it. The car was very nice. The employee for Enterprise was very courteous and did a great job getting me in and out quickly. Thank you for your service.
Process is simple enough once it’s clear where the business is. Had to hunt for key drop box, and it isn’t clear what the best way to get out of the lot without paying the ticket fee. Better instructions online or in the rental agreement would be helpful.
This was the best experience I have had renting a car! The staff was kind, helpful and efficient. It really helped that the rental location was not at the airport - things went much smoother. This is a great location to rent from if you are staying near Boston Common. I loved my little VW, and the whole experience of renting here.
Extremely terrible experience. I rented a car here for two days and was charged $1,714.94 for damage I did not cause. They never informed me of any pre-existing damage before I rented the car and tried to hold me responsible for previous issues. I tried contacting their agents but received no response. Be very careful if you’re considering renting a car from this place!
Our rental experience with Enterprise was everything we could have expected! But what put it over the top, was when employee, Alex Muto, went out of his way, well after hours and on his own time, brought me my iPad that I left in the rental. I had a flight to catch early the next morning, and he literally saved the day! I will definitely rent from enterprise again.
Decent. Needed to rent a car to see a client 40 miles outside the city. This place was convenient, but the “new, upgraded” suv they gave me had 45,000 miles on it. Whatever it was just for a day.
