One of the nurces and one of the PAs were both GREAT but the other nurse and PA I had more recently make me not want to return. Really wanted to like it here, but I still have no answers and was made rather to feel like a hypochondriac
The Drs are really good but the current reception girls should go back to school! ! No organization and plain RUDE. .. love to pass the calls off to the nurses who NEVER answer the phone! !
Not up on the latest income guidelines by the Federal Government. No understanding of self employed people's income when determining fees. Very VERY unhelpful esp. Sheree. Poor screening process, presented them with a pretty severe scenerio and they were more concerned about money and fees than treatment. There are better outfits out there. Avoid. 'Faith' is a misnomer and I think, a marketing ploy.
