My review of this company is mixed but positive. When I initially found this company, I was under the impression that it was an actual shipping company with their own trucks. The reality is that they are a broker for transport companies. In definition, they are basically a middle man and attempt to find the best deals with ACTUAL transport companies. Initially, I was quoted $445 to go from NY to GA for my Fiat 500 which was way lower than other transport companies/brokerages quotes. Afterwards I decided to go with them. Finally after a week and a half, the day before the transport and the day of. I was then quoted $240-$250 above the original quote to $695 I believe. After speaking to my agent, I was able to get it decreased by around 150 and it came up to 550. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THE CONTRACT BECAUSE IT IS WRITTEN IN THE CONTRACT THAT THE PRICE IS DEPENDENT ON THE DRIVER. My review for Robert Austin, he did his job exactly right and I recommend him for anyone trying to get their car transported. He even called to make sure everything was okay with the driver. I got kinda standoffish & stern vibes from him but other than that he perfectly did his job. Slightly disrespectful. I'm not sure if it is the language barrier because I did hear a slight accent. Only negative is customer service and learning how to speak kindly and gentler to your customers especially after the contract was signed by me. At the end of the day, the customer is the one paying Fast AutoShips payroll and bills. If you're on a tight budget, please be aware their quote is not the actual cost of shipping. My budget was already extremely tight and adding an unexpected couple hundred dollars onto that but me in an unbearably tight budget especially moving with my 7 month old baby and wife.

Very professional and reliable service. Pickup were smooth, communication was clear, and everything was handled on time. Highly recommended.

I had to ship my car from Arizona to Pennsylvania on a pretty tight deadline. Had a few hiccups at the start, but Robert Austin really came through and got everything sorted out quickly. A bunch of different shipping companies reached out, but I’m really glad I decided to go with Robert. He kept in touch the whole time, made sure everything went smoothly, and the delivery was fast once things got rolling. Definitely recommend Shipping Card Company if you ever need to ship your car!
